Good interest rates

Good interest rates, on-line bank functions well, opening accounts simple and maturity instructions completed as expected. We have had several accounts over several years and have had no issues.

Easy reinvesting process

Following maturity of a 2 year fixed savings account I decided to reinvest the funds in RCI again as their rates were competitive with other providers. The whole process was easy and on the two occasions I rung to seek clarification from staff on the process, I found them to be patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Additionally no long waits on the line to speak to staff whilst being subjected to tacky musak! I commend RCI for their excellent customer services' provision and their clear online information. My only gripe is that I was logged out about 5 or 6 times before I had completed my business. Whilst I understand that these measures are there for security reasons, it is frustrating and stressful for customers who have already passed security checks to access their account to be then dibarred after a short while. RCI, please consider granting a little more time for your customers to complete their business online. Thank You

Gallic Perfection

I have had two fixed rate bonds with RCI for a number of years and they are a superb provider. I love the website which is well laid out,clear and well designed (it also avoids having the usual hackneyed images of pensioners hiking and laughing). The savings rates are always above market so you can just reinvest at maturity and save yourself the faf of looking for a new provider. As an existing customer you also get offered a slightly higher rate which is nice.

Soberbia corporativa, mentiras con el SEPA y más de dos años de demora incumpliendo la ley (Art. 20 LCS)

Quiero dejar como esta siendo mi experiencia con este banco por que no paran de poner excusas para no pagar unos intereses por más de dos años de demora según el Art.20
Ellos alegan que están haciendo tramites con su aseguradora pero yo tengo un contrato por el cual pagué y no están cumpliendo. Lo que me estan haciendo pasar es lamentable y debería de darles vergüenza inventarse plazos del SEPA. Tengo todo muy bien documentado y remitido, para cuando entre en acción el Intructor del DGSFP y el Banco de España y espero qie de verdad les caiga una buena sanción para que estas situaciones no se repitan y mas aún con personas como yo que tienen una incapacidad permanente absoluta y movilidad reducida.
Y no me hablen de que entienden mi frustración por que esto no se trata de sentimientos sino de que se cumpla la ley. Ojalá no les pasé nada el día de mañana a ninguno de ustedes y tengan que pasar por lo que estoy pasando yo.
Todo esto lo hago publico, para que todo el mundo sepa, la clase de personas que son.

Actualización 22 de Mayo:
Otra semana más sin cumplir el pago de los intereses legales del Art. 20. ¿Su soberbia y arrogancia no tienen límites? Es bochornoso la imagen que dan ustedes. Tengo 48 años y hemos comprado entre toda la familia más de 9 coches de la marca Renault. Ahora tengo un Talisman Initiale Paris, pero les aseguro que este va a ser mi último coche en esta marca. Qué ganas tengo de que se abra el telón y aparezca el Instructor de la DGSFP para poner orden a una empresa que se salta los derechos de los clientes como le viene en gana.

Online help

We needed help to review and renew our fixed rate account after struggling to complete it ourselves due to being complete technophobes. David was absolutely brilliant, calmly guiding us through the whole process with a gentle and humorous manner that put us at ease and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. We are impressed!

My wife gave instructions to RCI to deal with the funds once they matured. Everything was carried out on time and the interest of the maturing account was meant to take three days to arrive in our current account. Oh No it didn't! Arrived this morning. Very impressed. Money moved to an instant account with RCI whilst we decide what to do. Very pleased with the service and will continue to use.

Highly Recommended

I was made aware of RCI Bank by Martin Lewis on his TV show a few years ago. I have had savings accounts with this bank ever since then and find them easy to deal with. A real live human being always answers the phone and queries are easily dealt with. I recommend this bank wholeheartedly.

Not happy with the way my maturity…

Not happy with the way my maturity instructions were carried out . I did change my mind about the maturity instructions but although I phone up and had a new ISA in place my money was put into a fixed rate bond I did not want .So I have withdrawn my money completely and gone elsewhere . There should be a better and clearer instructions set up for maturity options.

I have been with RCI Bank for a few years now.
I have always found they have good competitive rates. Very efficient, easy to use website.
