My account was scammed and I reported this to your Fraud department and Claire was given my case.
She reassured me and was extremely sympathetic and helpful.She assured me the sum which was a large amount would be sorted that day. She kept in touch with me at various times during the day and also closed my account and helped me register a new account successfully.She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It's not easy to get a withdrawal late…
It's not easy to get a withdrawal late on a Friday.
It's impossible to transfer money from the cease access account to make a new term account.
Luckily I'm a long standing customer and know how to manage my finances.
