The response time for customer service is great and the service hasn't disappointed us since we started with them almost a year ago!

I love that I can create seperate scripts for different campaigns yet the dialer wil call multiple campaigns and offer the script that the data originates from. I am able to post leads to my CRM with the click of a button while statusing the lead at the same time. I can control the call results offered and manage the results as needed.
Readymode is the best dialer I have used yet.

Readymode offered us an exceptional service during our subscription, there are things that could be better for example the DIDS usage or the waiting time. Besides that everything was great
Readymode is a company and a very strong and easy to use dialer. They are always there when you call and ready to help. Also George one of their technicians is a great and awesome help and is very efficient in helping you to understand the that the dialer works so you can maximize productivity with your team. I’ve used a few different predictive dialer companies however Readymode is number 1, thank it from me I know! Thanks Readymode 👍
This dialer is garbage. Support is horrible. You can never reach anyone and the reporting and list management is non-existent. We have downtime for an entire day and could not operate for a day or reach anybody and even when they promised to escalate no call was ever returned. Save your money and DO NOT use this solution.

I've been working with RM for a while now and I have never been disappointed in the level of support that each division provides. Tech support is out of this world GREAT!! Always nice, always helpful, and my issues are solved in a timely matter. Billing is no different. Very helpful and always figuring out a way to provide excellent customer service.

I ended up not moving forward with a subscription with ready mode because Sam Salik tried to tell me that I would have to pay for three months in advance for one user, even though the website says one user is $150 a month. He proceeded to tell me that their plans are no longer monthly, but only quarterly and annually. My question is, why doesn’t your website show that? When I questioned Sam about this, he proceeded to tell me that he gave me discounts for paying three months in advance. Really what he was doing was hustling me. It’s false advertising when you list your subscriptions on your website, but then say that the pricing reflected on your website is inaccurate. Either you need to update your website, or stop trying to hustle people. Very disappointing, and it’s now put me in a bind because I’m having to find an alternate solution at the last minute. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. They will tell you anything and then try to hustle you into a contract that’s not what you agreed to and it’s not reflected on their website.
Horrible service our disposition button has been missing for 2 business days. I call service and talk to someone named carl.. He states yeah I see your disposition button is missing but nothing I can do you must call the integration department. I explained I want to talk to someone, he states you can request a phone call and they will return the call IF they get a chance. I said I want to talk to someone his response " I know what you want but aint nothing I can do about that. Cant wait to find another CRM platform. Service here is absolutely GARBAGE!!!

I have always used mojodialer to cold call for my business when I was barely starting. Once I started to grow and hire more callers I noticed that they all used Readymode. I hired 5 cold callers and got them all on ready mode. I now see why it is the industry standard. Readymode is extremely customizable and allows your callers to ALWAYS BE ON THE PHONE! It is a numbers game and I can appreciate the fact that my callers can be talking with a new person every 20 seconds! It helps us be more efficient and reach homeowners needing to sell their homes! Readymode is excellent overall and the industry standard!
Kristen was fantastic. She took the time to guide me through the full Xencall account setup procedure. She made it simple to communicate with her and even shared some laughs. She should definitely be a trainer or manager so that Xencall can match her professionalism. I give her 5 out of 5 stars. She should be treated to an all-expenses-paid vacation somewhere lovely!
Dealt with Danilo from sales. I have dealt with many different companies with their sales team and customer service and bar none I had the best experience with Danilo. He was not pushy at all. Answered all my questions, and was super helpful.
The worst experience I have ever had with a dialer. I was passed around to so many people. They didn't understand our business though promising us the world. They kept using multi-line dialer ever tho I explained in detail we were business to business. They also messed up our data and offered no refund. A technical issue took between a week and a month to address. My company often had to find a problem for them. Would not reccommend it.

The Dialer works really great, but more importantly, the customer service and technical support are second to none. I have nothing but good things to say about XenCall.
I love it. It's the best program/ app in its class that I have had the pleasure of trying.
Big learning curve, not user friendly at first, but the features and interface are unmatched-best dialer that we have used. Only issue I have is the learning curve-it's difficult to teach new agents how to use the system.
