I have used FiveNine and Ytel also but Xencall is the best. Where should I start. Loading leads is easy, tracking the statistics of your agents is easy, making new agents is easy its all user fiendly.
There customer service is 2nd to none. The system never crashs but if you need customer service they always answer quickly, most times immieditly and actually have knowledge to help you not just ask you what your problem is to relay over to there 1 or 2 tech guys who then call you back 3 hours later.
I truly do not think of Xencall as my phone system and CRM I think of them as my partner.
I suggest everyone use xencall, even if you are already useing another system. We switched over from ytel and we never skipped a beat.

I have been with XenCall for an extended time & have tried other auto-dialers as well. They are by far the best, extremely efficient, user friendly & have referred many others who feel the same.
The people that work there are great as well, always willing to help & very friendly.
Great company to partner with. CRM is very user friendly, intuitive, and always improving due to constant development and research. They have a system in place to allow current clients to make "Feature Requests", that are reviewed and developed by their team, then tested and implemented. This gives great control over your system, and offers completed customization towards your companies strengths.
