Since the moment I signed up for Xencall, Matthew has been simply outstanding. He has truly gone out of his way to make this onboarding process nice and easy. He always takes my calls, and returns my emails almost immediately..his customer service is definitely above and beyond. Shannen has gone above and beyond to…

Shannen has gone above and beyond to ensure that we have everything we need for our account with Xencall. From questions and training she has made sure that we have everything we need to use the system to its utmost efficiency. I would highly recommend Xencall and specifically working with Shannen.

Knocked it out the Park!

XenCall has been great to work with from the Sales Team to Support. The department that stands out the most is the tech Support where they handle API integrations. Tess by far might be one of their most valuable assets they have. If you get the opportunity to work with her she is a ROCKSTAR!!

Possible Improvements

I just really hate that I am not able to use my cell phone with this software. I would really love to be able to select "last call" and then have any further incoming phone calls transferred to my phone while I am away from my desk. I also dont like that this software is not compatible with podio and most investors use podio.

XenCall is a great tool

XenCall is a great tool. Very comprehensive. So many things you can do with it. An excellent Predictive Dialer built into a great CRM system. Best of all the tech support is excellent. They are attentive and quickly zero in on what's needed.

Answers were clear. However, time of reply seems to have been longer than desired. But that may be because they are trying to give an accurate and clear answer.

I love xencall because

I love xencall because, when it was time to upscale my seats every one made the process very easy and I got done immediately

Great all in one service

Same call service and trouble shooting
