Had a brilliant experience. Had my blood taken by a lovely lady and shortly after, Matt reached out with my results. I could not believe how comprehensive all of the testing was - more in depth than anything I’d ever had from my GP. I am now getting some supplements to help.

Right from the start it was easy to make an appointment for bloods to be taken. I even received my results within a couple of days. A comprehensive assessment with a follow up appointment with Matt to go through all the points from the report. It was very informative and I now feel I have the tools to moved forward to make my health a priority.

Have been with Re+Balance for almost a year. It has been a great experience, firstly the bloods and really getting an individual insight into what is going on with you. 121 advise on what supplements to take for you, based on the results but the biggest thing for me has been the weekly calls and undoing the lifetime of bad advice. Reshaping my head and what is right for my body has then shown results on reshaping my body and whilst I am not quite at my goal really feel in the best place I have ever been to achieve it.

I came across this business on instagram and wished I’d joined sooner. I’ve been recovering from some personal health issues for a few years now and the repercussions have been weight gain, digestive issues and low energy to name a few. After having a thorough chat with Matt regarding everything and all the things I had tried in the past that had not helped. He went through the teams process and spoke absolute sense regarding my issues and past advice that had been unsuccessful. I’m only a couple of weeks into the fat loss stage however, I can say just from the reset stage the differences I have seen and felt have been worth it so far for me. From the blood test, to the explanation of my results and plan going forward were set out brilliantly. Matt’s team are amazing, Maria the hormone coach is so knowledgeable in her field and has dealt with all questions and queries I’ve had. Same again for Lucie who is my dietitian who’s guiding me through and ups and downs I’ve had nutritional wise. The app is a great communicator if you need it. The community page is fab to relate to others. I’m definitely hoping and looking forward to the coming results in this fat loss stage. I personally couldn’t of done this without them. More than happy to come back and write another review for the second stage.
