Recycled standard picnic bench
Very pleased with our recycled picnic bench. It was easy to order on the web site and was despatched very quickly. No problems with the delivery service, all the components arrived on a pallet and were delivered to our front door. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Nice table, shame about the assembly
Like: 1. The Octagonal picnic table is solid and looks good.
2. Good communication with order and delivery
Dislike: 1. It's not clear until check out that the price does not include VAT
2. The table is not easy to assemble and the pictures (Step 2) are not correct

We appreciate your feedback regarding the picnic table's quality and our communication. We are reviewing our checkout process to ensure VAT clarity. We currently display that our prices are exclusive of VAT above the price grids on product pages. We are also looking into improving the assembly instructions, especially Step 2, for a smoother experience. Additionally, our sales team are always happy to help should you have any questions regarding pricing or assembly. Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention, Rupert.
