I bought a Mah Jong sofa and the quality was excellent as described. Delivery was arranged fast and apart of a little slower communication here the customer service was great. The sofa was delivered into the living room and assembled. Very good overall.

Good product which was packed very well. Delivery service extremely poor.
Delivery people gave me a 3 hr delivery slot which was evidently a figment of their imagination. Very unprofessional people.

Purchased lamp and had not received any email except for the initial confirmation of order so after a week I called the number on the website and spoke to two different guys, one was great but the other was dismissive and short on the phone but he did tell me that I’ll know when delivery will be because DHL will emai me which they did 2 weeks after purchase. The lamp itself is beautiful and looks amazing and the packaging was really sturdy. My only criticism is that it would go a long way to be more polite to your customers and keep in touch with them so they don’t have to chase up their orders, there is a lot of choice out there for customers and we are giving you our money after all so basic updates and courteous and polite staff is fundamentally important.

I stumbled across their website after searching for a particular item and have been really pleased with the service and responsiveness of the team. They arranged delivery as soon as was feasible with their courier, and the desk is exactly as described on the website. Thanks so much for all your help!

Unfortunately the preparation of my apartment is running late and Rehaus have been very helpful in holding on to my orders. This is greatly appreciated.

**UPDATE** Rehaus have since called me to apologise and arranged the collection at a convenient time within 48 hours. Credit where due they have made a genuine effort to rectify the issue and I'm giving them another chance.

Unreliable and poor customer service.

Don't sell on Rehaus, they'll sign you up and then forget about you. 7 weeks wasted chasing them for a collection.

Planned to sell a vintage storage unit through Rehaus. Filled out their sellers form online and Rehaus were very keen to get the contract confirmed and signed sending the same generic emails only days apart (without actually replying to the email I had sent).

Once I signed the contract I never heard back about a collection date and had to chase and chase for a response. Rather than liaise with the customer for a collection date they eventually provided one delivery date at a time that I was unavailable. Over the course of the next 3/4 weeks it took repeated emails and calls to try and arrange another date but it was like getting blood out of a stone.

Very disappointed, they've messed me around and I've had enough.

The staff is lovely and efficient. The red Togo sofa arrived quickly, and it's in great condition, as advertised. Our family has dreamt of having a cinema room for many years, as of today it's a reality!

Actually I'd give you six stars out of five! From start to finish buying from you has been just great. Far better than the usual online business. You offer wonderful furniture and had just what I was looking for ... and everything ran to the plan... from order to delivery.. and the sofas look spectacular.. and are in great condition.
