We were very please with the chairs which arrived in good time and as per the description. It is also encouraging to know we are helping the circular economy. We would recommend Rehaus to others and will shop with them again.

New composite door

Just had my new back door fitted by Michael & Anthony from Rehau. I am very pleased with their professional work and cannot praise them enough. Clean and tidy conscious too! Their care and attention to the job is well above average! They are by far, the best installers I have encountered. Thank you lads, well done, very happy with the job.

Very bad company

Very bad company, stay away from it. I sent a B&B table and chairs for sale to Rehaus. After they received them they told me that the table had some scratches and wasn't in optimal condition for sale, which was very strange because I had send lots of pictures which perfectly proved the condition. However we agreed that they would try put it for auction and they will keep me updated about it. They have never contacted me since then. I have sent them a few emails asking for an update but don't respond. Totally unacceptable, they keep high end furniture that doesn't belong to them and they never reply to emails! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Fantastic from start to finish

Shopping the site was easy, we made an offer that was quickly accepted, shipping was swift and efficient, product was in perfect condition upon arrival and from start to finish it was a brilliant experience! We'll definitely return!

Disgusting customer service.

Our sofa was collected 6 weeks ago and we've had no communication from rehaus since. I emailed them and asked what was happening and I had 2 conflicting replies but nothing explained where our sofa is.
We are considering contacting the police to report the sofa stolen as we can't contact rehaus and it's not on their website.

High fees and poor communication

I had a mixed experience with Rehaus. While the service itself wasn’t terrible, it didn’t justify the high cost. Their cut from selling your furniture feels excessive, which significantly reduces what you actually get back.

On top of that, communication was slower than expected, making the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Responses weren’t always prompt or clear.

Overall, it’s not a terrible service, but between the high fees and slow communication, I don’t feel it offers good value for money.

My new favourite shop!

Wonderfully easy buying process. A beautiful sofa delivered within days for a very good price. A very happy customer who will buy again! Have already referred you to friends. Well done Rehaus!

My views as a seller. Communication could be better.

I had a large 20 year old sofa I wished to sell. I got in touch the Rehaus and provided all the information and photos requested for valuation. They confirmed they were interested I signed the contract and paid the £320 collection fee. They said they would be in touch to organise collection. However, I did not hear anything from them regarding the uplift of the sofa. After a couple of weeks I had to chase this up, they apologised and organised the uplift.

Rehaus say that they will keep you fully updated on the sale of your item. They did not. After several weeks of them receiving the item I checked their website and found my sofa being advertised. They had not made me aware that the sofa had passed their inspection and was live on their website

Likewise, I only found out that my sofa had been sold when I checked the website after it had been on for a few months. I had not been informed when my sofa had been sold, how much it was sold for or when I was to expect to receive my money. Again, I had to email them to get the above information.

When the time came for me to receive the funds, I received an email requesting my bank details. I was told it would take 5 working days to revive the money. After seven working days I still had not received it. I had to email again to chase this up.

On a positive note, each time I emailed I did get a prompt response. It was just a shame that I had to continually chase them which spoiled an otherwise good service.

I feel the item was priced fairly and I was happy with the amount of money I received for it.

Could I have got more money selling privately - probably - but I did not want the hassle.

It is not a fast process. From my initial contact with Rehaus until I received the money was close to six months. Rehaus do make you aware of these timescales and the fact your item may not sell. From this point of view they were very transparent and did not over promise.

Clear communication Great Follow up through to Sale

Clear communication, picked up the item and achieved a much better price than i could have trying to do this directly, and was paid to their terms, without delay. The item was a modern icon design chaise lounge, day bed Giorgetti . so am happy it has gone to a new home as were downsizing. Overall very well done.

Fantastic experience and great product

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The communication was excellent and they even let me swop my sofa at the last minute when I realised my original choice was too big. The piece arrived in ‘as new condition’ and was delivered professionally and with care. Rehaus will be my first stop for all future furniture buying and I will certainly recommend to others. What a great business!
