Getting the top quality preowned furniture, was very often a priority for my projects- there is more variety and it’s available right away. It’s not always easy to find what you need, but Rehaus is making it much easier. The selection is top notch, the prices are very competitive and the customer service is beyond perfect. You don’t need to worry if something you are getting is not what you expected, because sometimes it looks different on the screen, Rehaus will take it back right away. Delivery was fast and professional. Boys were working very hard and made the heavy lifting without any complains. Will, who is the boss, is super organized and friendly. When you need to furnish the house, you need to deal with the people, who becomes your trusted partner in this business. I trust Rehaus completely.

From start to finish, Rehaus was a joy to deal with. First of all, the customer care and communication was fantastic - Will initiated communication, replied promptly and politely, and - I couldn't believe it - scheduled the delivery within three days of purchase! The Lamino chair we bought is in extremely good condition - just as was described - and my wife has already commandeered it as 'her chair'!

Great service from start to finish, and our new sofa is perfect!! Delivery was within 2 days from London to Derby (would have been earlier but we weren’t home the day after I ordered). Would definitely use again.

You tried superbly to sort out my sofa needs but we had to give up. I accept there are supply issues with the upholsterer but your listing system needs improvement. I ordered a suite that was out of stock plus there was a faulty listing previously.

You handled these issues superbly but there seem to be several systemic issues re stock levels & listing. Plus ideally the furniture should be upholstered before warehouse storage & ordering … but there are logistical challenges but the listings should be accurate.

Well Done though for handling these issues well!
