Worst delivery company
They delivered my parcel to a closed building, I emailed them several times for a month but no reply or resolution up to now. Worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with

Relay you are just crap!
Relay you are just crap!! Not once I have ever had a problem with sending items to buyers from Vinted and in 1 week I received someone else’s parcel that the seller wasn’t selling so have no idea where this item has come from. And today my buyer was meant to receive a £20 shirt instead got a load of pillow cases. Absolute shocking, I will never post anything with you ever again and I hope other people read these reviews and also never use you. You don’t deserve 1 star!!!

Wasn’t very happy with the delivery driver. He just put my parcel on the door step . Took a photo of the parcel.Press the ringtone. Then walked away.
I was in. had the living room and had my windows opened. Tv on.

If I could give -5 I would. How does my parcel go from 3 stops to delayed and nothing heard from them since the 5th. No customer service. Utter joke! At this point I am puting a police report in.
Parcel was delivered to the wrong address
Parcel was delivered to the wrong address 5 days ago, no GPS shown on the POD so impossible to know where it has gone to. Contacted them 5 days ago and still not had anyone respond to this problem so can assume my parcel will never arrive. They better be reimbursing me. Terrible, will never be using them again!!

Never used before but someone bought some quite expensive glasses off me on Vinted and they 'lost' the parcel. RUBBISH. DON'T USE.
Awful delivery company
3 parcels I have had delivered by these bunch of jokers and all times it's been delivered to an incorrect address, luckily it's been the same house, round the corner, and I have been able to retrieve, but my address is correct and clear and no one else gets it wrong, they clearly cannot be bothered.

I would leave no stars if I could. 1st attempted delivery to my work address at 1740 ..then again on a Saturday now returning to send haha..it easy to see it's a company it's not rocket science.. if i knew it was these delivering it I wouldn't have ordered it ..last time they took it to a totally different company..shocking

Really unhappy with my experience trying to post Relay parcels
Really unhappy with my experience trying to post Relay parcels at my local drop-off. Twice now I have been sent away as they could not accept parcels at that time, including due to a lack of labels. It means I have to keep returning to try again, which for me defeats the purpose of Vinted as it becomes inconvenient. I have now disabled Relay as an option on my Vinted profile and won't be using them again.
This service is just awful
This service is just awful. I received 2 emails containing absolutely no information and therefore no QR code. Went to relay to generate a new one but it’s wouldn’t recognise my information.
It asks for a number but doesn’t specify if they want the parcel number or the tracking number and also ask for a postcode. Eventually I realised they want the shop postcode and it generated a new QR code but man, do they have to be so vague?
Package was also delivered to store late and I won’t use them again.

Another low-grade delivery service driving the race to the bottom. My Vinted parcel was dropped off by the seller on 1st June then collected by the courier same day. No updates since.
I've reached out to Relay but no response at all.
Their 72 hours timeline has passed with zero contact. Will not order again. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

First time using relay, was a bit dubious, but satisfied, arrived quick and updates were frequent enough to reassure me.
