Shocking, faceless company who lose parcels every single time and are completely uncontactable when trying to raise an enquiry. I wish Vinted would stop encouraging sellers to use this fraudulent company who are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot when it comes to delivery parcels at all, let alone on time.

I've had 2 parcels delivered by them. First one was left on the path outside of my work place when it was closed, so had to make a 1 hour round trip to collect it before it was stolen. The second was wedged into works key drop box resulting in half an hour trying to get it out. Please do not use this service

The same company came back to deliver a parcel and this time let the parcel outside the building by the main entrance and took a photo saying parcel delivered to safe location. This company is a big joke. The thing is they dont care at all, its you who ordered the parcel that has to go through the hassle of proving you never received the parcel. For real, how can someone be so naive to leave a parcel outside the building in a busy street and take the carriage of taking a picture to say left safe! Someone needs to help with these so called courier companies coz they are bad and unreliable.

I Pay for yearly next day delivery with asos. My parcel was 4 minutes away then two stops to being delayed and now it’s saying 48hrs for an update. One minute I can see where the driver is on a map next i can’t.

Horrific, I want to give them Zero. They have lost two parcels of mine personally in one week. Customer service is like a ghost. Tracking for both parcels indicates that they are sending them back to the shop they were shipped from??? On the actual day the parcels were sent to me, Relay emailed me to say they were sending them back to the sellers because I had not collected them. Awful beyond belief. How are they still in business???? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

If I could I give them minus 10000000!!! They are a shit company, do not understand Shein why use it them!!! Always failed, even i am at home !! Shitty, liar company!!

Relay email to say my parcel is ready to collect. I drive 15 mins to collect to be told it’s not ready. It’s been delivered to the store but not booked in with them so o can’t collect until the following day. Communication needs to be sent once it is actually ready to collect. Wasted time and journeys.

People on Vinted need to stop using Relay as their courier.
4 items are now somewhere in the UK and all late!

Absolute shocking service. Waiting still on three items over three weeks off sellers on vinted. Somebody needs to investigate this courier company because items are never arriving. On top Vinted should know better by allowing this to happen to customers. People need to stop buying or selling off Vinted it they continue down this path allowing customers to be out of pocket by this courier cowboy outfit.

I have used relay via vinted to ship out my order to my buying and they have lost my parcel and sent the wrong one to my buyer and I have lost £33 because of it when I sent the correct item.

Worst company, their driver delivered to wrong address. Wont get back to me

This company is appalling, they have mis delivered 3 times and they just tell you to go to seller. The seller won't help because the traking states delivered.

I would urge anyone buying online to insist seller does not use this company.

Honestly AWFUL delivery service any time I have a parcel that I PAID next day delivery for the couriers never bother showing up in the delivery window and I end up waiting days for my parcel

Terrible. Over 2 weeks for a gift to arrive despite promising 3-5 working days. Tracking was useless and ability to reach someone was also terrible. No not use this service, especially via Vinted. Vinted are also ruining their brand

Had delivery window for the 28th July 2026 - changed 3 times failed to deliver. 30th July 2026 delivery window 11:05 -15:05 Failed to deliver. Online text reply service useless send you round in circles, tell you to check tracking which hasn't moved in two days!!! Type Complaint in to their home page comes up with zero results - wonder why !!!

Terrible service. 2 parcels have got lost in the post. Very annoying!! AVOID

Relay have got to be the worse courier company ever.. I thought Evri was bad but Relay take that title by a landslide !! I have recently opened a Vinted account and started buying and selling. 3 out of the 6 times my buyers have chosen Relay as their preferred courier I have had 3 parcels lost or as I suspect “stolen”. 50% loss is outrageous, how are they still trading? You then have to go through the process of explaining to the buyers why their parcel hasn’t arrived. Then after all that back and forth you have to wait a month to put in a claim because “it may still be delivered” that is also put on the buyer to initiate the claim. They have a lot to answer for.
