Just don’t bother using them

Parcel out of the delivery 12/6. Not in not delivered even though it asked for special instructions which I gave them. Scheduled again for 14/6. Never turned up and now it’s delayed. How can it be. It’s clearly in someone’s van!!! This is a new company that will not last and will not be able to compete with the larger companies. Don’t know why companies are using relay. It must be extremely cheap to match the extremely poor service.

First time using them to send two items…

First time using them to send two items on vinted. They Instantly lost them. Been ignored by customer service. Now the buyers items are missing and I’m out of pocket. Been two weeks. Absolutely shocking this was added to vinted already when it’s not even a working service.

I sent a parcel and it never updated the tracking from 12th, sent 2 more parcels same day with Evri and they took 2 days , but my customer has just received it now, it took 8 days , absolutely shocking. Will never use Relay again and will tell people not to use them .

Delivery left for anyone to steal

This company's is completely unprofessional. I don't see the point in asking the customer about where items should be delivered when you do not listen.
I live in block of 132 flats. Told company via message the floor I live on and that the lifts both work. This was sent hours before delivery took place

Driver rings intercom and I state the floor that I am on and let the driver in.

The incompetent & unprofessional driver leaves my items downstairs in the communal area where any of the 131 other flats can pick up my parcel and walk off with it.

If when you are buying your goods and you are told that this company is the delivery personnel then I would recommend you do not order your goods. You can see from the reviews just how bad this delivery company is and the headache customers have to go through.
If you're a business don't use this company for your deliveries as you'll have many disputes where items have been lost or stolen due to the incompetent and unprofessional service from drivers.

My parcel has supposedly had two failed delivery attempts on consecutive days, 15/16 June…. The problem? I was at home all day on both occasions waiting for it. No doorbell, no knock, no phone call, no delivery card, nothing

How can a driver fail to find the same address for two days in a row? It seems easier to mark parcels as “delivery attempted” than to actually deliver them.

This has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. If you can’t find an address, contact the customer. Don’t falsely claim delivery attempts were made when they clearly weren’t.

I’m still waiting for my parcel RELAY. This is so so frustrating

The delivery drivers never manage to…

The delivery drivers never manage to find my house even though every other delivery person seems to , they've left my parcels in the alleyway at the back of my house numerous times (a busy cut through for school kids) , latest parcel was delivered to a completely different street and left on the doorstep and has been stolen , very difficult to complain to an actual person .. I've even sent a photo of my house front to their WhatsApp message group that the drivers can get access to . I'm fuming

Terrible company

Terrible company. I have lot of items DAMAGE AND CANT DELIVERED.
But crazy think what i have problems with expensive items.
And my wife have lot of problems.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
100% CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS
WE HAVE NOW 5 ITEMS DAMAGE AND COMPENSATION NEED WAIT 25 WORKING DAYS
500£ NEED WAIT 1 MONTH AND 1 WEEK. TERRIBLE

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars, this company would deserve it.

I ordered a very rare designer vintage piece on Vinted that I was searching for a long time. The delivery got cancelled while being 2 stops away from my home 5 days ago. Since then the next delivery is not updated, the status shows that I will hear from them in the next 48 hours, and the estimated delivery slot shows as 15 June- 14 July.

This is the worst service I ever experienced. Looking at other reviews it's hard to believe anyone is using this for delivery. I hope I will still be able to receive my order.

Please never use it for any shipment, unless you want your parcel to get lost, without any updates.

Twice now I have purchased on Vinted…

Twice now I have purchased on Vinted with Relay supposed to deliver my items. Both times the parcels have gone missing , with Vinted eventually cancelling my orders. No response from Relay Customer Service nor Vinted.

Useless company & terrible customer service

For whatever reason SHEIN are using these guys for the logistics of delivering within the UK. Never heard of them before and to be honest with you never want to hear of them again.

You cannot contact them by phone which in my view is a big no go, and they just come across as useless. They haven’t got a clue where our package is and that’s it basically no further information, you can’t question them because there’s no phone number and come across very unprofessional.

Looking at all the ratings, I think I’m just one of many who do not rate this company

My order was placed on the 30th May

My order was placed on the 30th May. I received notification that it will take 5 days to arrive. Today is the 16th of June. I sent them an email a week ago pointing out non delivery. Not heard back from them. My email to them has disappeared. I have lost money for the 3 trees I was expecting.
DO NOT TOUCH THEM - BAD NEWS !!!!!!

Order a parcel from vinted using Relay

Order a parcel from vinted using Relay. The seller sent it 2 weeks ago. I received a email saying that Relay had received it but nothing since. I've tried emailing them, no response, just saying it's delay. Poor slow service. Definitely won't be using them again. 😡

Used once never again

Used once, courier collected my parcel and then immediately lost it. Never using again. It’s a shame people aren’t writing these reviews on relays actual page and not on relay delivery. Relays actual page has 4* rating which is highly wrong.
