Reliable Skip Avis 

Excellent service from start to finish. The skip was delivered on time and communication throughout was quick, clear, and very helpful. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and the team were always professional and easy to deal with.

I especially want to thank Paul Bennett for taking the time to listen to my concerns and helping to resolve the situation fairly. His communication and customer service were outstanding and much appreciated.

Overall, a reliable company with great customer support. I would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

Brilliant service

Skip delivered on time. Excellent communication leading up to the delivery, with list of what we could not put in the skip (very helpful). Would definitely use Reliable Skip Hire again.

Disappointing experience with Reliable Skip / Waltet.

On collec tion their lorry arrived already carrying a loaded skip, then carried out further loading and manoeuvring on my driveway. Shortly afterwards, the block paving was damaged.

Despite CCTV footage, their response was essentially:

the driveway must have been “weak”,
any residential surface should withstand an 18-tonne commercial vehicle,
and once they leave the public highway, the risk is the customer’s.

No prior warning about vehicle weight, loading operations, or potential damage was given.

Make of that what you will — but if you use a skip company like this, and you have block paving, god help you

Good on delivery and pricing, but completely unreliable on collection. My skip is long overdue despite multiple promises it would be removed before the weekend and again before 5:30pm — none delivered. It’s still sitting in my driveway.
This lack of follow-through is unacceptable and has now disrupted a scheduled solar project. Poor communication, missed commitments, and zero accountability.
Would not recommend based on the collection service.

Please don’t use this company. Very different to ALL other skip companies. Came to collect the skip almost 10 days of waiting as they very were busy. When arrived they didn’t call me, didn’t ring the doorbell, didn’t speak to anyone (luckily we have CCTV). They ‘claimed’ to have spoken to someone at site (this didn’t happen). They stated it was overfilled and sent me a diagram of what ‘overfilled means’ and so wouldn’t collect and have said I need to pay £110 plus vat for a failed collected. This is our sixth skip, our builders agree that the skip was loaded like a skip would usually be, and if they had have called or rung the doorbell, we could have skimmed the top immediately so they could have taken it. I sent the photo to our usual skip company and they were in disbelief. Please save yourself the headache and don’t use this company

I've used Reliable skips in the past. I've just had a skip and the service was fast and efficient. They let you keep it for 14 days which helped. Mine was off the road, and it was delivered while I was out and picked up by a polite, friendly driver. I would use them again April 2026. Louise

Skip was the best price I could find from a reputable company. Skip arrived as booked online. Driver dropped it as per our request on the online booking. Very clear easy to understand instructions on what could or could not go into the Skip. The Skip was collected within 3-5 days of the earliest collection date we had given.

The skip was delivered on time and collected on time that we agreed. Skip was delivered by a lady, which was amazing -we need to see more women operating heavy machinery! Both the gentleman collecting the skip and the lady delivering it were respectful to our front garden and plants within it. Happy customer

Had an enormous job to do the general waste skip was perfect, got the job done. Skip delivery and collection were prompt and service was straightforward and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Exstreamly quick to deliver were exmtreamly helpful when requested to to change pick up at last minute let me know when delivery on way and pick up diver on way so easy to book and price was cheapest I had found

Skip was put on the drive where we asked and picked up prompt . Really happy with the service and will use again .

I used Reliable Skip four times : they were late three times - twice on delivery (1 day) and once on collection (6 days) which was really bad as I couldn’t get the concrete in while the skip was there. No phone communication (just message machine) email slightly better : and to them a “priority pick up” means 11:00

We were due a skip on the 2nd April which never arrived and only found out when I called to check at 1650 if arriving on the day. We were called back by the 3rd party company and told it could not be delivered until the 7th (the day we put for collection) I was given an option to cancel with a full refund. The office then shut at 1700 so I couldn’t check with Reliable Skip

I called again on the 7th to ensure this message had been received by the Reliable Skip and also to cancel the second skip we had booked for the 10th as we had to make alternative arrangements.
I was also told I would get a full refund and it was being processed. - Great.

However, on the 13th April a skip came to be delivered which was confirmed to be the skip we had booked for the 10th (so even without cancellation, another late delivery)

I am still yet to be refunded for either skip and now chasing to ensure this happens.
So that’s 2 late deliveries, no communication if your delivery is not arriving, you just have to wait from 0700-1800 to see if it arrives, baring in mind the office closes at 1700
The people I spoke to at reliable skip and the driver for the skip that should’ve been cancelled were friendly which makes this review even more disappointing to write.

Friendly and super easy to use. Service was exactly what it said on the tin

Ordered a skip whilst I was on holiday, to be delivered to site, where a contractor was booked in to load the skip. Reliable did not provide me with a delivery time, and instead, the driver just called to say delivery could not be completed due to access, and left, without giving us a chance to clear the access.

I then received an invoice demanding £135 plus VAT for a waster journey fee, before redelivery could be arranged, when their terms of business on the website clearly states £85 plus VAT. This is just blackmail at this point, as they have my money for the skip, and are demanding additional money than clearly stated on their website!
