Religion Clothing Avis 

The dress that was sent was oversized. They never sent the return slip for postage, so I had to pay for it myself. They also took an extra £5 off my return refund to cover the cost of postage that they never paid initally - this company is a scam.

I've been trying to return an order, but their process is a nightmare. You have to submit a return request on their website—yet they never reply! I've sent multiple requests and emails, but I haven't received a single response.

To make things worse, they charge a £6 postage fee (absolutely ridiculous), and you still have to cover the cost of returning the item yourself—within just 14 days! Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days for a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost—yet this company makes the process as difficult and expensive as possible.

This is by far one of the worst return policies and customer service experiences I've ever had. Avoid at all costs!

I give a one star review for their failure to obey UK law. I asked to cancel the order and to return the order as per my rights under Consumer Contract Regulations. This is NOT discretionary legislation. Businesses can't just ignore the law because they want to - yet that's just what Religion Clothing have decided to do, and they're refusing to provide a full refund. Completely unlawful, which says so much about their customer service.

I'll seek a full refund through my payment provider under a s75 claim. Completely inexcusable.

Love Religion clothes. Some timeless pieces in my wardrobe, my daughter whos 10 months will be able to wear when older. Yes, Im a cool mom!
Had a recent issue with wrong item delivered but Alex sorted it within minutes. No time wasted.

Order took two months to be delivered, social media team told me it will come before Christmas and it didn't. On receiving delivery one item of clothing was missing and they didn't refund the correct amount for said missing item. Not great quality either.

Horrible service. Ordered an item before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived a month later. Was told the items are enroute on the 9th of January and still haven’t heard anything from this since. Absolutely terrible I don’t recommend.

I order my son a jacket for Christmas. Item received and too big. Sent item back. Within 3 days they rang me to ask if I would like a refund or another size. I asked for next size down and received it next day!! Just in time for Christmas. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely shocking quality clothes.
£145.00 for a jacket was so thin it had no shape, the lapels were misshapen & droopy.
Very poor quality material.
Primark has better quality clothes @ a fraction of the cost.
To add insult to injury- you have to pay postage to send their crappy clothes back.
Do not waste your £££££'s if your thinking of taking a punt ..

Missed an item off my order then ignored all emails and messages about the issue. the t shirt was a present for someone which i now don’t have. so disappointed from a christian company. I have not heard anything back from them to all my emails and messages so I assume I am never getting the t shirt or my money back, shocking

Have to thank Religion for a fantastic shopping experience. Ordered a man's jumper on line on Monday and received today Wednesday. The quality of the jumper was excellent and the price exceptional. My partner is really pleased as am I. First mans purchase and will not be my last.Thankyou Religion.

I love the designs but the sizing is all over the place . Size 16 dress way too big , another way too small yet size 14 trousers fit perfectly ! Then have to pay again for return postage ! Won’t buy online again !

The quality of a garment I ordered was so poor I’ve had to send it back. So I now have the cost of delivery and return postage. Therefore I would not recommend you order anything online from this retailer.

I love their clothing - different to what you’d find on the high street. Really cool styles and easy to wear… dare I say makes you feel effortlessly cool?!
Customer service is great - phone a number and get straight through to an actual person who helped with my issue there and then.

Really disappointed with the customer service ordered my order a month ago just received an email to say that this would like up to 2-4 weeks. After 2 weeks I sent email the the team requesting information about my order and they said would receive following week waited nearly 2 weeks and nothing not even information of if this was dispatched or not so emailed again and then they just cancelled my order.
This mad me feel a bit disappointed because I didn't request cancellation and was so happy to receive my shirts and now just no I want me purchasing from here as this service wasn't great.

Disappointing that the postage is so much and you have to pay for postage yourself. I would advise order off a website that sells religion than the website itself. Couldn’t even login to sort out return due to checking out as guest, needed to ring their line to sort.

Cheap material, could get nicer from shein. Really disappointed. As others have said it looks like they use good sample for the photos but send out cheap quality and cheaply made products. DO NOT BUY. Not worth £57 in the sale for an oversized tshirt of this quality

Ordered 3 dresses as the looked amazing on the website for a ball I'm going to attend. The 3 dresses came quite promptly but the quality of all three and dissatisfaction of the colour of one one dressed and the poor sizing on all 3,

I requested to return items, to be advised it was my responsibility to pay for returns at a cost of approx £18, absolutely diabolical will never order anything again from this company

Ordered a dress without issue, it was dispatched the next day however the courier DPD delivered to 2 doors down took a photo and took the dress back to the depot! I got on to Religion customer service via email spoke with Laila who sorted the problem out quickly and effectively. I haven’t experienced such great customer service so much so I wanted to recognise a job well done.

Basically the same as everyone said. Ordered a dress 165.00 I did get 15% off. Well it was terrible not worth 20.00 badly made. Terrible material arrived extremely creased. Sent back straight away at own cost.

Ordered a top that wasn't cheap and when it arrived the quality was really poor. When I tried to return it I had to raise a request for them and wait for them to say they approved the return which actually is a joke because legally I am allowed to return an item whether they approve it or not. Then I had to pay for the return myself. Overall I would say don't order from this company as you will be nothing but disappointed
