Religion Clothing Avis 

Appalling customer service. Having difficulty with returning an item. Their website states 14 days from date of receipt of goods. I tried to return on day 12, post delivery, to be informed by their online portal that I am out time to return!
BEWARE. Will not ever be ordering from Religion Clothing again.

I almost accidentally ordered their item through Asos.
Now Religion clothing is one of my favorites!
Things are thought out to the smallest detail! It is amazing!

Red flag 🚩🚩 🚩🚩🚩....No contact phone number‼️‼️

Everything about this company screams scam but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. I got hoodwinked with their sale a couple months ago and bought 5 kimonos with 2 of the purchases under the BOGO sale. When I received the items the 1st thing I noticed when I opened the packages was the horrible odor. My whole apartment reaked of this disgusting odor. Then when I started opening the items I was livid to say the least. None of these Kimonos fit like actual kimonos. The arms were short and stuck straight out. There was no flow to the garments, just stiff, smelly, short and boxy.
I immediately returned 4 of the 5 items. It took forever for them to refund 2 of the items and then for weeks to follow I tried contacting them across all their platforms Facebook, Instagram, via email and directly on their website. I knew the messages were being received because Instagram would notify me that the messages were seen but yet they wouldn't respond. I even told them if they're not going to refund me then send the items back to me. Still no response from them. I only wish it was possible for me to attach screenshots here to show how many times I tried contacting them. I went as far as to comment beneath their Instagram posts to warn people and they would remove my comments.
After weeks of fighting with them I spoke with my credit card company and they reversed the charges.
My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from this website is to run as fast as you can away from them. Try Thaluta brand, they have the most amazing items. Better yet go to Free People and yes their kimonos are more costly but you're paying for quality.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago and really love the quality of the fabrics. Perfect fit. All around happy customer :)

POORLY advertised products. Unwilling to credit for return, showing very scummy like brand and customer service.
THERE MISTAKE, but they want the CUSTOMER to pay.

Products are NOT fitting according to standards!

I tried to order a black society jacket 3 times and each time they had to cancel the order because they didn’t have the stock. Really poor level of service and extremely disappointing for the customer.

Purely based on the delivery and returns options or lack there of. You have to pay for delivery and also returns - I'm nearly £10.00 down on an item I didn't keep so bare this is mind when ordering!

Brilliant customer service -thanks to Ruth

Parcel arrived damaged (re-taped by delivery company) and with items missing. Ruth immediately organised replacement items and then sorted with the couriers in the background to make sure I was not inconvenienced further.
Her communication was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Absolutely superb service.

I took full advantage of there sale and kitted myself out.

On a personal note Ruth in customer services is an absolute diamond!

Recently bought a shirt from Religion, however initially had a few issues with delivery and returns (not Religion's fault) Contacted Customer Services (lady called Ruth) who was extremely helpful, friendly and sincere throughout the whole process. She kept me up to date at every point arranging re-deliveries and refunds. Thank you Ruth - Fantastic Customer Service!

bought a dress and paid for the delivery,once is arrived it wasnt the same,heavily see-through and very poor quality.
Send it back,paid another 5 pounds for the return and now they refunding me 10 pounds less for god knows why..so ive lost 15 pounds in total because of them lying of the quality of the product and taking the advantage of the situation,definitely wont buy from them no more and you should avoid too!!
