My experience with rentaroom has been very helpful and supportive. The person that aas dealing with my search of a room to rent was a lady called Carrie, it didn't take long for her to get a room sorted for me. I also had very quick responses from Carrie when it came to me asking questions.

Absolutely fantastic rental company, second to none. Everything is efficient and quick and all online which make things so much easier than signing a million forms, ten times over.

Carrie was fantastic from the first time we met her to handing over the keys she was incredibly helpful and even helped facilitate a few things after we moved in when she could have just passed on to someone else.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rent a Room to anyone I know!!

Moving is a scary experience but I was supported throughout the entire process by Carrie. After initially accepting one room, that fell through and I was panicking. Carrie not only promised to sort me out, she found a better property for me to move into in my ideal location. I can't thank her enough for all of the support, she made the experience less scary and alone for me.

I would like to express my gratitude for the help and assistance which renta room gave. They helped me find a place near to my work, they helped me through all the paperwork and kept me informed every day. Within a week they had found a suitable place for me. Which I am very happy with. I would like to thank all the staff at the nuneaton office, especially Carrie who helped me through all the stages.

This is my first time renting in the UK, I just moved here on 1st March from Ireland. Carrie made everything extremely easy and fast from the viewing, application process to moving in.
