Swift, simple and very professional
Great experience, I worked with Carrie who was wonderful - delivering superb communication in every stage of the moving process making it feel extremely easy and stress free - allowing me to move in very quickly. Moving felt a lot better with the support provided and everything is amazing so far & meets expectations.

An experience worth recommending.
Have had quite a great experience with Rentaroom, from viewing, referencing and leading up to check in. My advise to anyone wishing to rent with rentaroom (which I am sure will be appreciated) is to be forthcoming and honest. I feel very lucky to have dealt with real people with empathy, and not robots. Shout out to Andy and Carrie for a stellar job they are doing.

Smooth move in
Carrie from Rent a room helped me move in, and also helped with my friend. Even gave me a lift to my friend's room and then back to my room as I had no car. Issues have been documented and promised to be rectified soon

We have used Rent A Room for several years to manage our properties and could not reccomend them highly enough. With all the ups and downs a property business throws at you it was so reassuring to know our properties were in safe hands and being well looked after. In particular I would like to mention Julie at Rent A Room who always goes above and beyond to help myself as a landlord and is a reassuring voice at the end of the phone, thank for all your help!

Hi Ravinder, the cleaners come twice per week as per the advert and contract.
We do not provide bedding, other than the mattress protector which is hotel standard, so I'm not sure the issue here? Please contact us via the tenant app is there is something you want us to look at specifically.

One of the staff members has always…
One of the staff members has always gone above and beyond for me - Carrie. Whenever I've needed anything at all she has been there for me, from maintenance issues to rearranging and moving furniture which she really didn't need to do. I cant thank her enough, and she is a credit to rent a room.

Andy and Carrie offer a 5 star service. From booking the viewing on the same day to moving in. The whole process was simple and the two of them are very easy going and approachable. I would recommend 100%

Alex (and your various alter-egos), I have given you the reasons why your referencing fee was kept perfectly legally. My email address is in the reply to one of your many negative reviews on here - you have not contacted me yet are happy to post here thatw we're ignoring you.
Because we rejected your application as you failed referencing by not being able to prove your income, we retained the £50 holding deposit allowed within the tenant fee act.

Company never replies, have been waiting for the director of the company to contact me for over 3 weeks now with no response absolute joke of a company and will steal your money do not send them anything
