This is the biggest money steal out there. Facebook should vet these companies before continuing to blast them to our pages etc. I am Po'd! 5 weeks into order, no accurate tracking, no toy. I have already disputed with Paypal and if they don't help me, the CC company I used will.

Maybe there’s hope for those who not yet received their car(s). 3 out of 5 cars placed on 11/18/2019 finally arrived on 1/02/2020. All intact & in good shape, except need to buy batteries. The car takes 3 and the remote 2. Need 15 for all 3. Hopefully the remaining 2 cars will appear soon.

Order placed on 11/18/19 for Xmas, but as of 12/23/19, no signs of product yet ... Hopefully, will get refund from PayPal !!

Ordered two of these November 27th for Christmas gifts and tracking has them in transit for 15 days and Christmas is in three days and every day the estimated date of delivery changes to the next day!

Ordered item on November 29th and still no toy🙁 Tracking says it’s still in China. I hope I can get my money back! Do not use this company!

Buyer Beware! Like the many posts prior to this one, I ordered the remote car as a present for my son for Christmas back in Nov. Tracking has it just bouncing around in China. Pretty sure now this is a scam. Facebook need some accountability here!

I ordered November 16th, still no merchandise. I have received two responses from them saying the cars are in transit. The same customer service representative emails me back. Scam! I will see if I can recoup my money from my credit card

Wow me too!!!! I ordered dec 4th and nothing!!! I've emailed them and they don't even return the email!! I spent 30. On this car!!! Are they really so selfish and greedy they don't care about all these children they're letting down!!! Scrooge is what I call them!! I too have email it's in transit but it hasn't left china so I'm disputing with credit card company!!!!

Horrible Company!!! Same as all the reviews I am now reading. Ordered Nove 28 no delivery or attempt to track from Revvlo. Will be blasting them on all Social media FB, BBB, Instagram etc. will reverse charges and report to credit card company. Shame on this company!!!

Same situation as everyone else, Ordered Nov. 18 and it is Dec. 21st and no cars for my Grandchildren, I find it hard to believe the two 5 star posts that said they received there orders in a couple weeks, Sounds more like the owner and wife of this scam company writing the review! emails back just say they are in transit and they cannot process a refund until I receive the product and request return instructions, So if they never show up than I guess no refund, Email receipt says that products are insured for shipment so lets put in a claim to insurance!!!

Ugh I’m in the same boat, hmm maybe that’s how it’s being sent row boat . Ordered on 12/3 and nothing. No car yep FB should do a better job👎

I ordered two cars 6 weeks ago and still no delivery.I have even sent 2 e-mails with no reply. I wish I could find a way to get my money back😡😡😡

Placed an order in November still waiting. No response to my query. I think this site could be a scam

Also ordered 3 🚗 from them. To date got nothing. Gonna have my credit card review and reverse the charges WHAT A RIP-OFF

Ordered on December 3rd for Christmas gifts. Have not received and the tracking says it's in transit to origin destination. Then a bunch of Chinese language I can't even read. Emailed yesterday and said I wanted full refund. I will be disputing charges for 3 of these transformers thru my bank. What a rip off. I'm going out of state so have bo time to replace. I'm so upset.

I bought 5 cars on Nov 13 and have only received 2. I now have to scramble at the last minute to find gifts to replace these. I have emailed but have not received a response.

I'm so upset no items three presents ordered for xmas. No response and no delivery information what can I do?
I sent a complaint to the email given they responded with it's on it's way. When I questioned why they said despatched when clearly it wasn't they are now not responding.
My two nephews and my son are missing out on a present from a company who does not care that they miss sell products just form money....shame on you and a Merry Christmas

Company is not legit. You order and that order goes to China.. Supposedly China takes it from there. I'm just sick. You realize if you are purchasing from any Chinese company, they have all the information they need on you.Facebook needs to remove their advertising from it's site.

I am in the same boat as everyone else. Ordered a month and a half ago. No order updates and no toys. Kids won’t get these for Christmas. Furious.

This is my second message on here. I ordered from this company on 21st November. It took two weeks and a threat of legal action before it was dispatched, they issue you with a dispatch number, but actually don’t post it.

We’re now on the 19th December and still no product.

Steer clear.
