Agree that this company totally sucks. Do not buy from them. I like everyone else who ordered something for Christmas a month ago have yet to receive my order.

Ordered cars on November 27, as of today(12/19/19) still have not received.
when trying to track package, delivery date keeps being changed.
No response from company either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....DEFINETLY A SCAM!!!!!

Yep agreed with all the reviews ordered on November 13th and nothing yet! To shady to answer emails! Going to bank to dispute charge, because it’s frustrating and fraudulent at this point

After waiting ages for it to arrive to find what an absolute pile of rubbish this is!!! Would not give it to anyone as a present. First and last time I ever buy a present not from someone I recognise.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Horrible customer service EXPERIENCE. I ordered end of October 1 month later arrives with mixed instructions. Says it has a special charger included & wasn't with the shipment. I have emails from a month back & forth CLAIRE in customer Service doesn't have a clue. All I ask is for the charger she goes on tell me to take pictures of the box they sent me.
As of December 18th nothing is resolved

Absolute scam. Wish I'd checked here first. Avoid. Like everyone else took ages to arrive and utter, utter crap. Nothing like the advertised product!

I am also in the same boat. Ordered two cars at the beginning of December. Tracking number does not work and no one will respond to emails. Is there not something that can be done??? There are hundreds of people who have been ripped off. Who can we go to and have this company brought to justice?

I REALLY WISH I COULD WRITE A REVIEW! TOMARROW MARKS ONE MONTH SINCE ORDERING 3 TRANSFORMER CARS, AND STILL NO DELIVERY! YES I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE STUCK IN CUSTOMS, BUT THAT DOES ME NO GOOD,SINCE MY 3 GRANDCHILDREN WILL BE WITHOUT A GIFT!

HORRIBLE! I ordered a yellow car. ONE FULL MONTH + 1 day later, I received the WRONG car (orange) and it looks USED! Trying to get my money back. What a scam. It was a Christmas gift for my son and I'm really upset. Never again will I order from them. Sticking with trustworthy companies from now on, even if I pay more.

It’s crap and don’t order anything from them. If you do, dispute with your bank and got our refund. We did and threw it away. It want the right one..lol

AVOID! Don’t buy anything from this website. I ordered a transformer car on December 1 and haven’t heard anything. There is no phone number and I didn’t get an answer from my email BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM REVVLO. I ordered a Dragonsaur limited edition toy for my son on 11/25. Waited 2 weeks for tracking number to work, found out it’s still in China. I have emailed the company twice with no reply at the moment. I was unaware this was a Chinese product as well. I doubt any of us will see our orders by Christmas now. I would strongly recommend that NO ONE make ANY PURCHASE whatsoever from this company. Once you pay them it’s in the purchase agreement that you can only get your money back within the first 30 days but you will surely not have received the product in those 30 days ensuring you will not be able to get your money back. I’m assuming I’m as good as robbed at this point. Extremely disappointing.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Still waiting, apparently it’s on its way but obviously won’t be here in time for Christmas. Waited for over 14 days for the tracking number to work only to find out yesterday it’s still in China ! Will say they have got back to me a few times via email but with BS excuses and nothing has been resolved. I’ve asked to cancel order but they’ve gone quiet now ! Will never order from them again. I tend not to order from China due to the long delivery period but for some reason I thought this was a US company. 🙄.

This car is a case of mail fraud. Their sales video shows the vehicle response to hand gestures. Their ad says vehicle is rechargeable. Their video actually shows a competitor's car not the one they sell. What you get is a of junk.

I received the car in a smashed up box. Part of the car was broken They said they would replace it, but it won't be here in time for Christmas. It was a gift for my 5 year old nephew They said I could get a refund after I pay to send it back to them. Poor customer service!!
