Worst insurance provider ever!!
Worst insurance provider ever!!! Avoid!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Gave me good price at the beginning. Paid annually full amount. Then received a call where they trayed to get more money then i refused to pay more. Customer service worker Ahmed raised voice on me was rude. Then I just cancel insurance policy one week before it started with promise to refund. And they haven't provided me with good or services refunded £90 less. Explaining that there is a fee for cancelation. Wasted my full day of work, spoiled my mood. I didn't get fee was charged for what??? Policy hasn't even started. Just ripped me off and wasted my time. Its a theft charge me before policy started!!!! You just put your hand in my wallet and stole my money. Now found nice and honest company and cheaper. Not going to deal with teeth's ever. Not RightforSure !!!!

As advised in our previous response, you cancelled your policy due to an increase in your premium as a result of information being given incorrectly at the time of purchase.
When you obtained the quote via 'The Van Insurer' you were asked 'Is your van kept at your home address overnight?' which you answered 'Yes'. During the validation call with our Team, it was actually discovered that the vehicle is kept at a different location.
Because this information was incorrect, we had to update your policy, which increased your premium. Had it been given correctly at the time of purchase, the quote would have been priced accurately from the start. Had your policy been allowed to continue unaltered, you could have faced serious problems in the event of needing to make a claim. It is better for you if we check your information at the start of your policy so that if you need to make a claim, it can be handled swiftly and without delay.
When you bought your policy, you agreed to our Terms of Business and confirmed this by ticking a box. The terms state there is a cancellation fee of £25 if you cancel within 14 days, or £55 if you cancel after 14 days. There is also a £60 arrangement fee. All fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation charges are in place to cover some of the costs we incur in setting up policies that are cancelled through no fault of our own. We keep this as low as possible and only apply it to cover genuine costs.
To reconfirm, we hold our team to a high standard and take all feedback on board to keep improving how we support our customers. You feedback has been provided to our Management Team to investigate and resolve the matter internally. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Finding insurance made simple
Using the site in general was uncomplicated and the questions asked in order to get a quote, straight forward and direct.
