There is incompetent and useless, Roderick Dental partners qualify for both.
Booking made at one of their practices, cancelled without notice. X-Rays messed up when passing to another of their outlets. Text sent today to apologize for cancelling an appointment in August and to re-book. No one answers their number supplied. When contacting my branch, I was advised that head office in Northampton havent a clue what they are doing and to ignore texts from them! Apparently I am advised to call the branch back in November.
I would say Rodericks are the worst operator I have come across in dental health.
