Easy ordering process, cut exactly to specification and arrived on schedule. Would recommend to friends and family.

Ordering was easy Communication was good. The one downside was the delivery guy was not very good. Just dumped it up against my wall and was about to disappear. My wife caught him and managed to persuade him to carry it into the house.

Easy to order online at a reasonable price. Items were delivered on the day promised in perfect condition and turned out to be a good product easy to fit.

Unfortunately not the best customer service experience, item arrived broken, one of the corrugated sheet was cracked, due the weather in Scotland I wasn’t able to check it when arrived, so I checked after and find out the damage. I reported and now they said I have only two days to report which is a joke.
We have over 3 weeks of bad weather in Scotland.
Well won’t buy again from them.
This is easy to solve but companies makes hard to understand

Clear and comprehensive website that allowed me to select the correct components in the right volume to complete the project. Price is competitive and delivery although delayed during the holiday season was efficient and items were well packaged and arrived in good condition. the instruction video also helped me (DIYer) to do a good job of the installation.

Easy to use ordering platform, the communication was polite and accurate and the goods were delivered professionally and promptly. What more could you need?

Top quality products and excellent delivery

Price point good. Quality of item good. Delivery times unacceptable…. Nearly 2 months from order to delivery. Unfortunately can’t use again.

Items were delivered separately and plastic roofing arrived damaged TWICE. Instead of using a safer carrier they refused to complete my order and partially refunded me. Although my issues were caused by their regular courier they should have done more to complete my order, by using a more competent courier to resend my outstanding item, instead of making me source my missing item from another supplier. Will definitely not be using this company again. I chose not to leave a bad review originally but they have re-prompted me to give a review some 2 month afterwards

Poor delivery all items came at different times. Some components were not compatible with other parts. The company was not interested in helping with our problems. We have used this company before but not again.
