Great experience
My first purchase from Rook was the discovery set, which was great value with generous samples allowing you to phave more than one wear of the fragrances. Having found my favourites (Forest and Thurible, with Undergrowth and Amber not far behind), I was more than happy to receive an email with a fantastic discount - meaning that my favourites are now with me! Everything was packaged extremely well and dispatched quickly, and included tracking information with Royal Mail. I couldn't be happier.

I really didn't like any of the scents
I really didn't like any of the scents. All very smokey and earthy not to my preference at all. Too masculine and dark.

Sorry you didn't like them but there are plenty of niche brands out there to explore. We don't make separate scents for men and women - it's a little bit of an outdated notion to us but can understand why you would feel some of them lean masculine. Have a wonderful week.

Unique and original perfumes
I love all their perfumes! Each of them has a distinctive, complex and unique scent profile. Have bought many samples to give friends to try and they all love it too.

TCP is not a nice smell.
I was very excited by the description of the perfumes but they all were on the ‘TCP’ spectrum. Thankfully the top notes wore off quickly, but the disinfectant ‘tang’ lingered on

Great experience
Shipment and delivery very quick even for an EU destination. Great that it's possible to get a discount on a discovery set of samples and to experience the perfumes before buying. Nice newsletter :)

Sample kit
I bought the sample kit which has 5x samples in neat little plastic 2ml flacons with a cap. It was packaged well and I received them fast. They smell like high quality but the scents were a bit too challenging for me. I would highly recommend trying them first before committing to a full bottle.

Undergrowth surprise
I bought Undergrowth a few months ago based only on a YouTube review. I was surprised how good it was. It has become my new favorite scent and I find I can wear it for almost any occasion.

Awful service last year
Awful service last year, harassed me via FB and messenger. Would not recommend his service.
Here we go again - as soon as I send a review that reflects my experience with this business, we get more responses. Very predictable. I do not troll any businesses but I object to poor customer service. The constant flood of messages from this busoness will not change my opinion, you deserve one star (wish there were zero star rating available).
Never returned anything to this business. Not being vindictive, just explaining own experience. Buyers beware and be aware you might get harassed on media as I was.

Customer tried to return samples because she didn't like them. We refused as per our (and every other fragrance house's) policy. Awful, vindictive customer. Other businesses beware.
