Absolutely appalling. Spent two days collating a beautiful goodbye booklet for a colleague. Then on purchase, found out the would not post to Northern Ireland. No prior warning given. Had to sort... Voir plus

Would have given them less than 1 star if I could. Ordered a photo book with them. Cost was £122 in total. Ordered it on a pc. Book arrived. Quality of the book was good however there was writing on the front which we didn’t ask for. Finally got a call back and spoke to a robot of a woman. This writing was default and we should have got a prompt asking us if we are sure we wanted to proceed with default writing. We got no message but trying to explain this to the supposed customer services was possibly the most frustrating telephone call I’ve had. On the app, which is where I tried to order it from several times from my phone, the front cover is completely blank. No writing at all. But still our fault apparently. In short, no apology, no sympathy, not even an attempt to rectify a problem. If you read this it may be worth training your customer services in the art of trying to rectify an issue first before pointing the finger of blame. Unfortunately now we have no more time to re order with someone else. This was a special book too. Never again. If anyone is looking to use them, make sure you check and triple check.

Be very Careful . I bought printed cards and before they were delivered I had to pay £44.50 extra to delivery company This I was told was for tax as I spent over £135 !! The information about this was hidden 3pages into information on their site and they had to help me find it it was that hidden .
Very deceitful. They obviously know customers in U.K. wouldn’t use them if this was upfront!!

They did a retouche on their own initiative that caused for the text on the front of my Christmas card to be written over the clothes of my children and therefore unreadable. I noticed the mistake already digitally but they assured me it was only digitally and wouldn’t be the case on the printed cards. I just received the printed cards and the text is indeed in the wrong place. Not only did we loose precious time if the mistake would have been caught earlier also is it now too late to have them reprinted.
I am very disappointed and do not recommend ordering with them.

Bought two photo calendars and some prints- all are excellent. The app made creating them a breeze and tracking my order was easy. Costly, but appropriate for the quality. Would definitely recommend and use again.
We ordered our Christmas Cards through Rosemood. The quality is absolutely great: the paper quality of the card is perfect and the pictures are true to the colour we submitted.
We initially received an order with a slight spelling mistake that was introduced at the proofing stage at Rosemood. Upon contacting them I received the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did I get a response within 2 hours, but I was also offered a new set of cards with correct spelling. I was able to check the spelling online and the new cards arrived within 5 days of the first batch of cards.
The customer service and the cards are truly amazing and I can only recommend Rosemood to everyone.

Received great products from Rosemood, they keep you updated as the process goes on.
Took a little too long to get to me but I finally got it and I am satisfied with the products I got.

The company is absolutely incredible , valued for money and the team were very lovely and made sure to send me drafts of my 21st birthday album. Would recommend this company to anyone as the time I ordered it to delivered was within 2 weeks.
Great communication throughout the process and valuable input from the designers. The end result is above expectations.

First time using this service and from start to finish they kept me updated with each stage and where it is!! I didn’t realise it was a French service so it was special when it arrived!! Amazing quality! Love my keepsake of my dream holiday! Thankyou!!
Helpful customer service and excellent product. Our album was beautifully bound with a high quality cover. We had a few issues with colour saturation but were quickly resolved with excellent customer service.

Our thank you cards were delivered ahead of the predicted delivery date, and the finish/materials were perfect! Unfortunately, there were a few small errors in the print run. As a designer myself, I know all too well that printing isn't always perfect, and maybe I noticed this over non-designers as my wife did not. However, Colin in the support team was VERY quick to resolve my issues, friendly, and offered a solution and partial refund for the work, which we gladly accepted. I would use them again and recommend them to others. The product is very different to the more 'mainstream' websites everyone has heard of, and these are premium products in comparison.

So happy with the result. Top quality photo book for our wedding. great quality box aswell. Pricing for the quality you get beats other competitors by far. Although out of the U.K. this has been a smooth purchase from start to Finish. I couldn’t recommend them more.
