Rosemood deleted all of our data without warning and without compensation - so the 6 weeks we spend building beautiful photo books is wasted - we can’t order more copies in the future for other family members. Don’t trust Rosemos with your data.

purchased two photo books that came to over £150 in October. I spent hours creating them .

They have told me they were shipped on the 4th of November and "would be handed over to Royal Mail today" on three separate occasion.

Starting to believe I was not being told the truth I repeated asked them to show me where they were getting this information from regarding my parcel and they could not show me any proof.

I am now having to chase them to get my money refunded.

Appalling treatment of customers .

I would definitely never use this company again.

Where to start? Okay, so, Rosemood was one of a very few printers which could produce a book with up to 200 pages instead of c120. Creating the book was easy, the website made it simple (and if i could make it difficult, i would have done, being a bit of a dinosaur!). It was a little more expensive than we had planned but the quality was so good that it was worth it. The quality of the book when it arrived was perfect and exactly what we needed. It arrived within three weeks, which was what was promised. We have already ordered a spare duplicate book.

Timelines were comical, staff (I think) lie to reassure - there was always promises of a speedier process that never came. They even promised to reprint the book. It's two months later - I've yet to see the second book. And after it all - the photos (tho perfect in PDF) had people's heads cut off. Just an absolute waste of time - exhausting from start to finish. The website is painfully not user friendly - swapping pictures around is near impossible, filters have such little impact you don’t use them, photos cannot be cropped on the site, the zoom function is stupidly glitchy. The entire process just wears you down. I spent so much unnecessary time utilising other apps to edit and check photos to get them ready for this website. I would ask for help through the chat portal. The site is always adamant you are contacting them “outside of work hours” despite sending questions mid week and mid morning. They send automated replies to explain they only work Monday - Friday, 9-5 and then will take up to 48 hours to get back to you, elongating everything. The website’s promise - “Our team is here to help you every step of the way, going above and beyond to help you…” I honestly have no idea who nor where this team is. I desperately tried to contact the company by both phone and email - and was often ignored for weeks at a time. And would only ever eventually get through to a Laura. I think Laura may be the entire team. And Laura must be part time at best. I feel strongly no one else should have the headache I had using this company but must add they were fast to put through refund when I'd decided enough was enough.

One of the reason i chose Atelier Rosemood is they said we thoroughly check the images before final print to ensure and professional album to customer.
But after waiting quite awhile for said album, to my shock , the birthday person head was cut off a few pages into the book. Wouldn't be recommending based on my first time using them...and hope this isn't the case for other customers.

Website is easy to use. The photobook is beautifully printed and presented. A high quality product. Excellent customer service. Very happy. I was recommended them by my daughter and I am not disappointed!
The delivery time is slow as the books come from within the EU, and get delayed at UK customs. So plan well in advance

I have had a terrible experience
with rosemood and do not recommend them for your purchases. Do not order from them if you want the item to arrive within a suitable time period.
I placed an order with them on the 18th august which was due to be a gift for my brothers 30th on September 9th. This was well within a reasonable timeframe. My order arrived on September 17th. I emailed multiple times and although I did receive a few responses early on, I stopped receiving replies while trying to locate my order in the hope it would arrive on time. Thoroughly disappointed I was not able to give my brother the gift I worked hard to create on his birthday as planned.

Excellent quality product. The fact that tool would highlight when a picture was too low of a quality is excellent.

The 5 stars review is because not only is their product excellent but so is their customer service.

I contacted them and they replied extremly quickly and given the situation and evidence that I provided them with, off their own back (I did not ask, they offered) to reprint my order. Wondeful expectation setting and management throughout. Cannot recommend them enough. Many thanks to Colin and Jasmina on the Rosemood team!

This is not a UK company and therefore you will have to pay a Customs charge in order to get the parcel delivered. Mine ended up being an extra £45!! Find a UK company instead to avoid this!

I ordered three photo books and some individual photographs from my wedding pictures. The quality of pictures was superb, the process of designing the books was intuitive, and the delivery time was quick given the quantity ordered. I have no complaints whatsoever though I would caution UK customers to ensure they're aware of all customs charges. These are clearly explained on the Rosemood website but I hadn't given them sufficient attention. As I say, not a criticism of Rosemood at all but important to know about all costs and potential delays if ordering from outside the EU Customs Union.

Superb Quality - Fabulous presentation - the perfect gift for a 60th Birthday Gift - A walk down memory lane that brought a huge smile to a very special friend. The whole process was so simple from the software provided to build the photo album then a message at every stage of production. Shipped from France but the overall cost worked out cheaper than the UK suppliers and the quality is so much better - I will use them again for all my printing projects.

Ordered a hardcover A4 album arrived quite quickly considering it’s from France. But Not very impressed with the overall quality of the images. All pictures selected was from a professional shoot so has nothing to do with the quality of my images but the printed images are blurry and too dark even though I selected the option for their team to have a look so the preview you see isn’t a true representation of what you will get. Wouldn’t recommend as it was £68 of a flimsy album with low quality images.
