No delivery details… found out they are based in Germany and ship ftom France.. order takes 2 weeks to arrive..

They advertise as uk based. Not true

This was a gift that arrived too late so I wasted £50..

Out of order..

I ordered the cobalt blue fabric square photo book and it is beautiful. The photos came out high quality and overall it's certainly worth the money. I would 100% recommend ordering from here if you're looking for a quality product.

The site crashed for me for a couple days when I was creating the book, but the customer service team were extremely helpful (namely Jasmina) and sorted it relatively quickly. I would say it's useful to note that delivery to the UK takes 6-9 days from shipping, and there are a few days before this for printing and handling, so overall, my book took 11 working days (including saturdays) to be delivered from ordering. Definitely worth the wait, just be conscious!

Excellent product and service!

I ordered a book and what arrived was appalling. Every single photo has a line running through it, the paper quality is shockingly bad, and it feels like there was zero quality control. For the price charged, this is completely unacceptable.

I’ve raised this with the company and requested a refund, but honestly, this product should never have been sent out in the first place. Very disappointing experience - I would not recommend.

Very easy to put together and great quality

I had planned to gift the book to my dad for his 70th birthday, but that’s now completely ruined. The company refuses to take responsibility and instead insists that everything is clearly explained on their website, which feels more like gaslighting than customer support. You also can’t track your order until it reaches a UK carrier, and the customer service is unhelpful at best.

The editor doesn't support basic symbols like the £ sign, so you're forced to include that information in a separate note, which unnecessarily complicates the process. Despite following instructions, the order was still returned with errors. It's now been over two weeks since I submitted the book, and I've received no update on the status.

Honestly, I’d avoid this service at all costs!

Terrible customer service. Requested a small change within 30 minutes of ordering, stated that changes could be made within this time. Refused to make change. Instead offered me 30% off reprinting whole book. Clearly did not honour terms and conditions and instead tried to make further profit. Do not use.

An Excellent photo book design and print service. It was really easy to upload and design the book but I could never have imagined it looking this good! I went with the satin photo paper option which looks perfect for what I was designing. Really classy, high end product with a good price. Took about 10 days to arrive from ordering as it's shipped from France to UK. Will use again.

Atelier Rosemood printed our wedding album. Editing the album was relatively easy but the end product was exceptional and well worth the cost. Great printing on quality paper and really well bound.

Beautiful wedding album. Couldn’t be happier. I do have a few points of feedback for their online tool- an undo button would be super helpful! And an insert page- or “add more pages” feature. But overall super happy with the album

I still have yet to receive my order and we are at working day 5 ( or day 7 including weekend) since it has supposedly left the printing. Not yet even received by royalmail. It was supposed to be joyful and the experience has been ruined.

Awful quality and not worth the price you pay. Company will not refund you fully if you were not happy with the quality of photos.
Spent just under £100 for the album and shipping. Photos picked were not right even though my draft looked all ok. The papers were all ruffled from the way they were printed. Album seemed dainty and cheap.
This was a gift for someone’s wedding album and very disappointed to see the quality. They will only refund me £20 for the album which wasn’t a great experience to how much was spent.

Ordered a photo book from Rosemood.co.uk. Nowhere on their website or during the ordering process do they make clear that the printing occurs in FRANCE. When designing the book you cannot zoom in enough to see what you are writing on the spine. I ended up with a couple of typos which you would expect to be picked up at some point, but it was not. Fortunately this Christmas present was ordered in good time and I was able to contact Rosemood who swiftly responded and agreed to re-print it for free. It was at this point I was told the product was coming from France, hence why it takes 10 days. Received it just in time the other day after an anxious wait. Some pictures are also cropped differently to how I saved them, which again any diligent printing service would spot. Overall, the website has the right look, but I do not feel the product is good value/quality and certainly not worth the wait and the anxiety!

Cannot recommend Rosemood Atelier enough! The whole process of creating the album was so fun and easy, the quality has my husband and I utterly speechless in the best way! Delivery was also super speedy!

So so so pleased with how our wedding album came out, can’t wait to make more!
