Absolutely beautiful!
The photo book I had ordered for my mother in-law's 70th birthday was absolutely beautiful. The quality of the book was far beyond what I was expecting. I am so grateful for the care and expertise put into creating such a lovely piece that she loves so much and will cherish forever. I researched thoroughly before choosing Atelier Rosemood to create this piece and I certainly made the right choice. The online tool to personalise and create the design of the book is easy to use and I was happy to be able to preview and edit the design continuously throughout the process to make sure I had exactly what I wanted before sending off to print. The finished product was perfect! Materials are of the highest quality, the book was well presented and packaged and the recipient is over the moon with it, as was I! I would highly recommend Atelier Rosemood to anyone looking to create a memorable gift and I will definitely be back in the future to create more. Thank you!

Selecting pictures was easy
Selecting pictures was easy. The end product looked perfect. One slight criticism is that some of the photos couldn’t resize but that doesn’t justify a drop in rating as the end product was excellent.

Fabulous company
Fabulous company. Ordered both thank you cards and wedding albums and both are stunning. Had a few issues with the first print of the albums but the customer service was 10/10 and they arranged reprints very quickly. Couldn’t be happier with them!

Very inflexible about delivery
Very inflexible about delivery, first consignment never found, second eventually sent after many emails and calls. Quality of product OK but not exceptional

The wedding album I ordered was a surprise for my wife, for valentines. It was such a lovely touch, and the album is absolutely fantastic! Top quality. Honestly can not rate it enough.

Very satisfied
Great quality paper and print, love the high-quality finish. Rosemood has the best quality. I was worried by reviews complaining about delivery times but these must be from people who didn't read the text while you're going through checkout as it was very clearly explained! The photo album ended up arriving on the earliest day forecasted by Rosemood. Great experience all around. And they have strict EU-complying privacy policy around your photos which I think is great! Not like other companies which if you look at the fine print can't completely guarantee your data will remain yours and yours only.

I left a previous review on a Rosemood…
I left a previous review on a Rosemood photobook I have purchased and it wasn't so positive. It turned out that the issue was the type of paper I selected for my book. Laura, the CS rep who followed up on my review, very politely offered a solution to my problem and I must say, I am not only impressed with her service and the way my issue was dealt with, but also with the result. I can now say with confidence that I would order again with Rosemood, this time I will choose the satin paper though.. it makes all the difference!! Thank you Laura for your great support, it speaks volume of the way the Company takes care if its clients! Well done :)

Postage tracking unclear but fantastic product
Postage tracking is a little unclear but once I realised it was being shipped from France this made sense. The product is of beautiful quality, and getting the gift box kept it in good condition as well. I’ve had so many compliments on the book, from people who’ve used other services and been disappointed so I would definitely recommend Rosemood!

I absolutely approve of a no plastic…
I absolutely approve of a no plastic policy - but in unfortunately in the wet UK - my book wrinkled a tiny bit where it was left standing by my letter box (it wouldnt fit). I'm not sure what the solution could be.
Everthing has been easy to use and of good qualiry.

Premium Quality Photo Albums Worth the Wait
I ordered two Foil Stamped Title albums (Square L, Smooth Matte paper), and I have to say I’m very pleased. The build quality is top-tier, and the photo print quality is excellent. The album editor itself is very good and intuitive to use. I’d definitely give it 5/5.
The printing and delivery took 11 days, and there wasn’t much opportunity to track the shipment. However, as I wasn’t in a hurry, it simply arrived one day (a nice surprise). For me personally, this didn’t reduce my satisfaction with the product quality at all.
I honestly recommend this format for preserving memories.

Communication regarding delivery was inadequate, resulting in a lot of needless confusion and frustration. I wouldn't order from them again, as it's been a real hassle. Customer services were not very helpful at all.
