We also wanted to clarify the shipping time. As we’re based in France, all international orders go through customs clearance before reaching their destination. Unfortunately, this process is handled by local authorities and can sometimes cause delays that are outside of our control.
We completely understand that waiting longer than expected isn’t ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience wherever possible.

Lovely Product
Easy to use website, lovely designs to choose from and delivery time wasn’t too bad. I’m really happy with the photo album I ordered, I created a wedding album and my husband and I on our year anniversary.

Rosemood Book
We created a bespoke photo book of our cat through Rosemood, and although it was on the slightly expensive side, the quality absolutely justified the price.
The finished book is beautiful — the photo quality is fantastic, the images came out wonderfully, and the overall standard of the book feels premium and professionally made. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the final product.
Communication during the process was fairly limited, which I suspect may be partly due to third-party distribution, but the book arrived in around 3 weeks from order to delivery. For a personalised, custom-made product, I think that turnaround time is very good.
Overall, while it’s not the cheapest option, if you’re looking for a high-quality photo book with excellent print results, Rosemood delivered a lovely product that we’re really happy with.

Not massively impressed for the price
Not massively impressed for the price, print quality is ok but delivery was quite slow and on the one page where a picture crossed over the centre it was misaligned so just looks rubbish

Excellent!
Very happy with my photo book. Excellent quality and has a lovely matt finish where so many are glossy. The photos are so bright and clear. I found the website very easy to use, easier than others I’ve tried. The postage took a long time as I was informed by customer services that it comes from France. Very swift delivery once it arrived in the UK though. Overall very satisfied and will no doubt use the company again.
