Good service, bad print quality
The experience of putting together the book and and ordering was good, but unfortunately the print quality was a bit disappointing. It would be great if there were a few better paper options too!

Beautiful wedding album
We spent a long time designing our album using the templates on the web-site. We are delighted with the end result - photos are of a high quality and the fabric cover and binding really well made. We also ordered a box to keep it in and are glad we did as it makes it extra special.
The only downside was the length of time our package took to get through customs but there’s no way to speed that up - you just have to wait. Once through it was tracked by Royal Mail.

Not worth the money

High quality, Inflexible Processes
I've used Rosemood twice, and the quality of the products is excellent but in my view their processes could be improved. :
1) I pushed the button on an order on a Friday night, and then immediately realised I needed to make some changes. The website is very clear that once an order is submitted it is final, so this is totally on me. However I find it very unlikely that my order went directly into production the moment I hit 'submit' and offering zero flexibility feels unnecessarily rigid as a policy.
2) I made a mistake with the page ordering. This led to there being several blank pages right in the middle of the book. Absolutely my mistake - but for a premium provider like Rosemood I'm surprised this wouldn't have triggered a quick email or call to say 'are you sure you want all these empty pages in the middle of the book?'
3) The lead time is long. This isn't Rosemood's fault, it's no doubt one of the many things we have Brexit to thank for. However the absence of communication during this period was very frustrating.
Summary: I would absolutely use Rosemood again but this latest order has left a slightly bitter taste when I've paid over £200 for a premium product.

What you see is what you get
Delivered a nicely finished book just it looked on the website during editing.
Loses a star for two reasons...
The editing on line is very limited, so if your favourite picture is not a suitable aspect ratio you are forced into a horrid crop or you need software or a mate to doctor it off line. Why not allow a white border within the frame to compensate?
Secondly a simple thing...the page formatting options are shown as off white rectangles against a white background...almost invisible (from normal screen viewing angle they ARE invisible.) why on earth choose to do that? Just add a frame, or make them a contrasting colour to the background.

Fantastic website and lovely service
The staff were very helpful when I got in touch for assistance. The website was very easy to use, and it made creating a wedding book for my parents simple and enjoyable. The fabric and paper quality are beautiful and feel very high-end. I’ll definitely be coming back again to make more premium photo books.

Very good service.
Excellent quality. Very versatile. You can select however many photos you want for each page. Very pleased with result. As they are made in France there can be some delay with shipping, so order well in advance.
