I cannot rate this company highly enough, absolutely first rate and I dont say that often. Despite me bombarding them with questions, the sales team (Ryan) gave really helpful advice and information before I placed my order for our gazebo. Alexandra was also exceptional in keeping me updated on delivery and addressing some minor issues. Everyone answered my emails very promptly which all helped.

Fantastic garden gate.
I ordered a garden gate from Ruby which was made to my specifications and the measurements were spot on. The delivery was really quick and I was kept informed when It would be delivered with up to date emails The gate is very strong, made well and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Should be a 4 really but they tried two…
Should be a 4 really but they tried two time to solve and still the same. In all fairness the product from them was good but I feel accessories they buy in and this is what needs better quality control or even simply just trying for themselves as the steel work latch tightening it up just skips threads and will not tighten up. I think they even implied I should source something but the idea is I am buying from then. Any typos sorry done from phone. Else all fine

The Free standing fence is I hoped it…
The Free standing fence is I hoped it would be. True to size and well made.
It’s perfect for our driveway as an extra barrier for our little terrier.
Easy to move around, little bit heavy, but that’s good if it’s windy and it wouldn’t get knocked over.

Gate arrived as promised within the…
Gate arrived as promised within the 7-10 day quoted time, delivered and left in a safe space even before I woke up. Quality of the finish of the gate is poor with very rough edges. The gate had to be reworked to fit the space of sizes given. I’m sure it’ll do the job - just not as straight forward as it could have been.
