Easy to use with lots of educational resources!
I thought about switching to a menstrual cup a year ago and after reading a blog post from Ruby, I finally bought one. Ruby does a great job educating about period cups—including how to insert it and take it out. I was worried I would have trouble with it, but the guidance Ruby provided was very helpful. They even have videos for visual learners like me.
I've been using my Ruby cup for a few months now, and I love that I don't have to use (and buy, and restock) tampons anymore. I also love that Ruby donates a cup to other people who don't have access to period products!

Great product, great customer service
I ordered my Ruby cup after seeing it in a YouTube review. After a month the product has still not arrived, so I contacted the customer service. They were helpful. But I didn’t expect that they re-send the product for free and on second attempt it reached me. Really appreciate this! As for the product, it looked big even it was the smallest size. But it was so comfortable, I didn’t feel anything. And it really helped that I watched some videos before trying it out, so I had no leakage problems. I can only recommend it!

An improvement, but not great.
I have heavy periods, and I switched to the Ruby Cup to better manage them. Although it is an improvement over my previous cup because it holds more fluid, I still encounter leaking for about three heavy days. I have to wear a pad in addition to the Ruby Cup to avoid embarrassing leaks.

Better than tampons and helps women around the world
As I can not use it myself, due to my gender, my review is partly second hand, and partly impression of RubyCup.
After understanding how many societies threat womens period, it feels good to support someone who tries to help them.
And the one I bought for my girlfriend has worked very well so far, easy and comfortable.

I got 2x medium and 1x small sizes;
a few days into the period i change to
a steril cup before it starts to stink, because stink = bacteria.
That one day I got so much blood
I found rubycup the best product,

Seats easily
Thick walls and lip mean that I can be sure the cup unfolds fully and seats itself around the cervix easily. I chose black so it would not show any discolouration over time. Used it for one cycle and very happy so far. Arrived quickly after order. Thanks Ruby.

It took one month until delivery even…
It took one month until delivery even that I payed for Tracked 5-7 business days, I ordered things from china that took less then that. In the end I probably bought the wrong size and it's not usable for me, it seems that the hardness of the cap will suit me but I won't buy a new one because it takes too much time and it's expensive.

Wearing is great
Shipping to Germany took time.
Sterilization in the microwave was very easy and quick.
Inserting with the c-fold worked fine.
But removing was not that easy and hurt a bit, due to the unfolded cup or the ring on the top.
Wearing is absolutely perfect. I did not feel anything. It blocked all blood, even during sports. Absolutely great.
