The rug was actually delivered on time . FedEx had the correct tracking.
I ordered as the delivery date was stated as Tuesday 8th. I leave for holidays on Wednesday . Disappointed to have checked the tracking which is now giving delivery on Thursday 10th. I would have waited has the information been correct when ordering.

Wrong Item Sent and Seems Like Nobody Cares
I was sent the wrong item and I needed to deal with a bot which can not provide the return instructions (says there's a link but no link visible in the chat). Tried to resume the ticket via email but I got no response. Even I am provided return instructions, this process should be smooth as the carpets are large and heavy items. Really disappointed with this experience. Funny enough the bot offers me a discount code for my next order but why should I bother ordering another thing from them while they cannot care for their customers who already paid, waited and received a wrong item?

We couldnt pay on your site with our cards!!
We tried to order on your website over the last number of days and each time we got to checkout it was rejected. We tried this with both credit cards and debit cards from different sources,,,,,it was always the same thing......wouldnt go through. It was not anything to do with funds....it was a glitch on your side. We were going to give up and go elsewhere such was the frustration when I suggested to my Interior designed that I would try and use my PayPal account......and thankfully that was a success....at last!!

The rug seemed gorgeous on the photo…
The rug seemed gorgeous on the photo and at this price point I didn't expect a deep, thick, soft Persian rug, but. The stiching started to fall apart after two weeks, the corners are curling up, and overall, I'd return it if I could.Stylish, but won't last longer than a few months. And I really hate throwing things away. It's the fast fashion of rugs.
