Update The rug was actually delivered on time . FedEx had the correct tracking. I ordered as the delivery date was stated as Tuesday 8th. I leave for holidays on Wednesday . Disappointed to... Voir plus

“I’m extremely happy with this rug! The quality is excellent, and it looks even better in person than in the photos. The colors are vibrant, the material feels durable and soft underfoot, and it has completely transformed the look of my room. It arrived well-packaged and laid flat quickly with minimal creasing. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it and would purchase from this seller again.

Overall look of the carpet is ok but packaging is awful
Overall look of the carpet is ok, however how it was delivered was absolutely shocking. I mean how it was packaged is beyond terrible. Folded like it was a top or something, the lines from folded sides are still there and not going away, for 100€ iv paid i would have expected better, else i would have went to ikea and paid 30€ instead. With a better packaging also ..

As we ship internationally, we have to follow the guidelines set by our shippers - they have restrictions on the measurements of international shipments. As such, many of our rugs need to be folded for shipping. The fold marks should go away by themselves very soon. However, feel free to reach out to our customer service so we can take a look at your carpet and give you some tips. We're always happy to help.
We also try to make it as easy as possible for customers to order a rug and if they do not like it, return it for free to us.
