I was just scrolling through some random reels when I came across a clip from Dragon’s Den featuring Russell & Atwell chocolate. I thought, “Hmm… organic chocolate? I have to give this a try!” — and I definitely don’t regret it!

The chocolate arrived really quickly and was beautifully packaged. I tried the white, milk and hazelnut chocolates and OMG… they were all so, so good!

The chocolate tastes incredibly fresh, smooth and delicious. Russell & Atwell really feel like a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I discovered them.

I have purchased several packs. The cornish cream chocs are by far the best. I like the ethics of this company, but the chocolates I find underwhelming. Couldn't wait to try the seville orange...a match made in heaven, but not in this case!! There is very little of the orange tang present, in fact, it's a bit bitter. I prefer the centre to look like orange and have the tangyness of an orange!! In terms of the cornish cream chocolates, they never seem to be available. Disappointing on many levels!!

Delicious chocolate but just received Seville orange ones and they have no orange flavour whatsoever. I shall force them down regardless, but disappointed.

Very disappointed, I've been looking forward to buying these for months and finally got round to ordering them. I eagerly anticipated eating them, so popped them straight into the fridge (as they don't come packed with ice) and tried one of each after dinner (one milk chocolate and one salted caramel), of which I had bought a jar of each, and they just did not have the quality taste I anticipated. I regularly purchase quality chocolate, but for me, this did not compare to other brand of a similar price, the chocolates themself are very small, and at almost a pound per chocolate, I think the price isn't justified. I'm surprised at the ratings from other people, perhaps they are upgrading from Cadbury's, and of course this is better than that, but when you compare to brands like Läderach, or even smorealicious (similar price point) in my opinion, those taste much better. My adult son tried them too and agreed, it was such a disappointing experience.

I was always a Cadbury fan until they changed their recipe, so Ive not eaten chocolate for a while. Thought I would give these a try but sadly Im not too keen. I actually think I've gone off chocolate. I had two jars and gifted the unopened one to my friend & she loves them and I passed the opened one to a neighbour, she loves them too.

Dear god these chocolates are DIVINE. I genuinely wasn't expecting them to be this good. Also at the door less than 48 hours from order... My waistline is in trouble haha.

I tried the taster mini 5 pack product and I do think they're very good chocolates. However the strongest flavour to me was the honey, across all flavours, so they're sweeter than I expected. I was hoping for more of the cocoa, a chocolatier flavour to dominate. Also they mainly describe them as creamy chocolates, I don't particularly find them insanely creamy or rich. They're easy to eat. So much so I ate all 5 mini packs in 1 sitting. My favourite was the Dirty Blond then Smooth Dark rather than any using milk chocolate. Were those 5 mini packs worth £18 for my experience? Probably not, £15 felt like the value they held. Very good chocolates, potential to be even better.

First time order today. Chocolates are nice - can’t fault! They arrived intact and cold despite the heatwave too! Thank you!
I must agree with the comments for improvement ideas though…. . Each chocolate is smaller than the standard I see elsewhere and the packaging makes the experience less luxurious. Was hoping for a resealable bag especially as stored in the fridge to avoid falling over/out. Packaging just feels thin to. I’m not normally fussed about packaging but I think for the price point and luxury nature of this service, I’d expect a little more… luxury. Very nice overall though and I would consider ordering again as a treat one day. Thank you!

This is my first experience of this company. Their chocolates are little morsels of delight. They came in the hot weather with their own cool bags,which impressed me. I totally get that because of their ingredients that they have to be kept in the fridge, but I don’t like cold chocolate so I have to wait a bit. That’s a first for me to actually have to show restraint🙂
Bars of chocolate would be great one day,what a treat that would be.
I think people have said they are quite pricey. Decent chocolate with quality ingredients will cost more. I’ve stopped eating rubbish with palm oil.I may not eat as much chocolate now, but when I do I know it’s the good stuff.

My friend jonny has recommended, best chocolate he's had, and he has solid pools now x

Absolutely AMAZING chocolates!!!
Also the best customer service ever as well. I was lucky enough to try their newest flavours which was strawberry and white chocolate and I don't even like white chocolate, but I have been won over for sure! The customer service was simply perfect and so generous giving me a bag of the new flavour with my order for free! I really recommend this company as all mainstream chocolate is awful nowadays. This company is providing REAL Chocolate made perfectly.

Would I buy it again...maybe not.

The chocolate is not as tasty as the packaging is. I expected a slightly bit more from the flavour point...with all the promotion on social media and the price. My first impression of keeping the extra dark chocolate in mouth is sourness. Then milk chocolate tasted slightly like caramel.

I think the chocolate itself is good quality, but my experience with ordering wasn’t great. I found it difficult to choose flavours, especially when using the “build your own” option. There didn’t seem to be enough variety, and some flavours I was hoping for (like strawberry or more creative combinations) weren’t available.

The website also felt a bit unclear and not very easy to navigate, which made the whole process more frustrating. I expected it to be simple to customise a selection, but in reality it wasn’t straightforward and I struggled to find what I wanted.

Delicious chocolate delivered to my door - well packaged.
I got a 3 pack that included the limited edition Cornish Dream - this was my favourite one, but they all tasted amazing.
Reasonably priced and I've just ordered again.

I ordered these domes of delight just before we had our three days of Summer this year. I received an email saying that delivery might be delayed owing to the hot weather. A really lovely touch from a company that clearly has a passion for their product and wants their clients to have the best experience when consuming. Pretty impressive.
The chocolates themselves are superlative. Beautifully tempered shells with unctuous fillings. Advice is to keep refrigerated and this results in a lovely snap.
Chocolates are wonderful but customer service is outstanding also. They really do go above and beyond! I am customer for life now!

Very nice chocolates but extremely expensive for the price.
The quality of the chocolate is obvious and the milk chocolate ones are as chocolate should be.
The strawberry and cream ones are true to the flavours but very sweet.

The chocolates themselves are really too small. If they were normal sized ( think Black Magic 1970's size) and maybe 50% - 75% more in the packet then I'd buy more. But really, delightful as they are, definitely not value for money.
