I spent over $100 on flowers through Ruth’s Roses and the receiver got three roses and carnations with greenery. Do not waste your money. So sad that when you want to express your care from afar that companies like this send a rinky-dink arrangement that makes you look like you don’t care at all.

Would give 0 stars if I could! They never delivered the order R-3147-541545-7678 and when I called to verify why it wasn’t delivered they stated it was not delivered yet, but would be. This was at 7pm, then when I called to ask for a refund they stated they had delivered at 6:30pm the night before which contradicted what they told me when I called the night before. I asked for a refund and that is when they stated they had delivered, which was not true. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - they are a fake company and I will now need to dispute the charge because the arrangement was NOT delivered.

F THESE SCAMMERS. Horrible scummy business. It’s completely fake and they need to be brought to court. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They even have FUNERAL flowers. How awful of these people. I ordered this morning and waited all day and never got delivered. Awful customer service. It’s ALL FAKE. THIS NEEDS MORE ATTENTION. FIND THESE PEOPLE AND SUE THEM.

I ordered birthday flowers to be delivered 6 days in advance and received an email at 4:32pm the day the plant was supposed to be delivered canceling my order saying they didn't have the arrangement in stock due to not getting the plant from their supplier.
NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND! I had to dispute the $81.57 charge 3 days after they canceled my order.

If I could have given this place zero minus star I would . They send out flowers arrangements that u didn’t order , old flowers then charge u high dollar for them . I sent them pic clearly of what I received and and what I paid for … not even closed .125.00 for a birthday. They wanted to give me 25.00 . I told them come get these flowers back . No refund … please folks read these requests first . This company has numerous BBB complaints and should be shut down … they don’t care how they ruin precious moments …

Terrible customer service with no follow up at all.

I stumbled on Ruth's Roses when I was searching for Kalispell, MT florists to deliver a sympathy bouquet. I was fooled by their webpage, which claims it is locally owned and operated. I always prefer local businesses, and seeing that they offered free delivery for the Kalispell area, I proceeded to place my order.
First off, they tagged on a "Service Fee" of $18.99 after I placed the order. I shrugged that off. Then, 2 days later, I received an email that they were unable to fulfill the order due to "supply issues". Supposedly they will issue a full refund in 3-5 days. We'll see....
Anyway, most florists will offer some sort of alternative arrangement if there are really "supply issues". When I researched this place a little more, I discovered they do not list any street address on their webpage, and there is no business called "Ruth's Roses" in Kalispell, nor in the entire state of Montana.
Their web page is clearly a front for some larger operation that has nothing to do with being "local" or "family-operated". My guess is that they take your order, slam on a big fee, then try to arrange for an alternative delivery from a legitimate local operator, likely at lower quality than specified so they can gain more profit. If they can't find a such an opportunity, then they unilaterally cancel the order. I am relieved that local Kalispell operators are apparently wise to such tactics and choose not to cooperate.

Do not use this Florist. I placed an order for a Funeral at 2:30 pm on 8/8 at 630 am on 8/8 because their website advertises that if placed before 2 pm, deliveries are guaranteed the same day. They sent me a confirmation of my order immediately. I never heard anything and decided to call and confirm the order at 11:30. The lady I spoke with stated yes we received the order but unfortunately, we are having supply chain problems and we cannot fulfill the order. I suggested to her that it was unacceptable for them to not notify me that they could not fulfill the order. Now I am shopping for and arrangement that is less than what I expected and that I can pick up on my way to the funeral. This is horrible customer service and she did not see bothered at all. She said we will just refund you mam.

It was my mother's 100 the birthday party and I noticed that the number I was calling was at 800 number so when I called them I specifically asked is this just a order processing place or are you actually a florist in Muskogee Oklahoma and the lady on the line said that they were a local business that had been in business for 24 years. She flat out lied to my face. They are only up order processing center. They do not have a flower shop in Muskogee, Oklahoma. I got an email this morning saying that they could not process my order that they were out of flowers, but they would credit my card. I see online that they have difficulty with ever receiving their credit so I called my credit card company and disputed their charges. Do not use Ruth roses. They are not legit and they are liars.

Do NOT trust these people. I ordered a premium bouquet for my friends birthday. The website shows a full bouquet but I got a bouquet of filler. I called and wrote to complain and they said that "flower availability" can lead to change in the "look" of the arrangement. They refused to give me what i ordered apparently they don't have roses, daisies and sunflowers. Stay away!!

They took my flower order and said it would be delivered the same day. By the end of the day when they close they could not account for the flowers. When the order did arrive, it was a cheap floral arrangement like you would see at a grocery store. The flowers in no way even resembled what I had paid for. Flowers I ordered to be sent to a hospital patient were never delivered. When I called to complain I got someone who could barely speak English and was told they could do nothing about it as it had been over 48 hours since I had placed order. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM RUTHS ROSES.

This order was a complete disaster. The company advertised that the delivery will take place the same day after 2:00 pm if the order was placed early.  I placed the order at 9:25 am and it was delivered the following day after 5:00 pm. The order was to be delivered to a hospital for a person that was just transferred from the ICU. I purchased a GET WELL balloon.  The balloon that was delivered said HAPPY BIRTHDAY,  What was intended to be a good intention ended up to be an embarrassment.  Finally the flowers were old and practically dead.  It lasted one night.  This order was a scam from the beginning. I will not recommend the company . Please read the reviews before you order.

Crooked company. DO NOT USE THEM!! They never delivered my order. Never told me they couldn’t deliver and then when I called they refused to give me a refund. I had to call my bank report them as fraudulent and have the charge reversed. They are scammers.

when they took my order they seemed very professional, making sure they understood every detail. Since I ordered well before 2pm I was assured of same day delivery. flowers never arrived. I called at the end of they day and they claimed I ordered after 2pm even though I received a confirmation of my order via email at 12:56pm. They promised to send the order the next day at 10:30am. They failed again. I called at end of day. Still no delivery. I asked for a manager. They said manager was not available and they could not give me a refund because the order was in "queue". I asked what does in queue mean because I was told the same thing that morning. They said they could not confirm if the flowers were out for delivery or not because they the vendor (3rd party) was not answering the phone. I'm pursing a refund claiming fraud with my bank as we speak. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

A hundred $$ bouquet that had 6 flowers in it . You could get better flowers at the grocery store !! A complete waste of money and terrible customer service . NEVER order anything from them !! It is a scam apparently, I should have read all the reviews .

I ordered a dozen roses to be sent to someone. They didn't deliver the roses and didn't bother to contact me about the matter and when I called to find out about what happened, they lied about trying to contact me to tell me that my order was canceled because they ran out of flowers. I'll grow my own flowers before I ever do business with Ruth's Roses again.

I put the order in online the morning prior for the grandson, a baby, of a co-worker funeral service. Ruth's Roses contacts me the next morning (the Day of) to verify the address and phone of delivery location. I positively identified the address and number, and we hung up the phone and I'm thinking all is well. 30 minutes before the service was to start. I get an email stating due to supplies they can't make my delivery. I wish would have looked at reviews prior I picked ruth's because it was close to the funeral location. Clearly this is not the Florist to use.

I wish I would have done my research. I was looking for a local company in Arizona to deliver flowers to my mother for her 80th birthday. When possible I like to support local shops. This company claims to be a local family owned shop. BEWARE. They are 100% not! They are an online scam.
They did deliver my flower order to my mother but not after I called I think 4 different times demanding to know when. I spent over $50 for what looked like wilted grocery store flowers. They are false advertising their locations, their products.

I would give no stars if I could. I placed an order and then got an email that they would not fulfill it. I called to see if there was something we could do and got someone in china answering their phones. This place is crap.
