Ruth's Roses is NOT a flower shop. I am a local brick and mortar flower shop. one of ruth's customers called us, about an order. Ruth's told her we filled the order. We never received any commutations from ruth's about this order. Come to find out some lady in her home made their casket spray. They are not honest with their customers. PEOPLE BEWARE OF GATHERS THEY ONLY WHAT YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CONSIDER YOU THEIR CUSTOMER.

Zero stars honestly - Called about a delivery my dad had set up for my birthday as we were estimated a noon delivery when order was placed (3pm by that point) and then were told no guarantees on times the day of.. okay fine, told them my workplace closed at 430 and no one would be there to accept a delivery after that time and asked what the protocol was at that point, was told “no problem they wouldn’t leave the flowers and the delivery driver would call to verify delivery” - never received a phone call from the delivery driver, the arrangement was left outside a door (wrong address by the way and could tell from the lockbox on the door), and was left there overnight in the pouring rain until someone else saw it and brought it to the correct address.. in the many phone calls between us, the lady had the audacity to say they’re trying to open a storefront in boynton (their only pick up location is in Fort Lauderdale by the way even though they say boynton when ordering), well good luck lady, your store sucks. Don’t order from this place, and don’t expect anything but empty words and false promises if you do

I would give it zero stars if I could. I am embarrassed that I fell for this total scam. When the flowers arrived, they looked NOTHING like the photo on their website and even worse, they looked terrible. It looked like a child put it together for fun. I was so mortified when my friend received them after delivering her baby. I was even more so mortified that I didn’t look at the reviews first.

Specifically asked if they were located in the town that I was looking to send flowers to the representative flat out lied and said yes.
After several hours, I received an email saying they didn’t have the inventory and because of supply chain issues they weren’t able to offer any sort of replacement
These shysters should not be allowed to do business anywhere. They are complete scam.

Ordered a "premium" arrangement for a birthday 7/27/26. Arrived same day. Within 3 days, the heads of the roses started to droop. Changed water, recut stems. Today, 8/1/26 only 4 of the 12 roses are salvageable, none opened fully. Don’t bother with the upper level garbage. They don’t stand behind their product. Avoid them at all costs

I ordered it a simple arrangement to be delivered same day. I placed the order before they’re opening of business online and it was never delivered. I double checked twice that they had the correct address and all of their customer service is outsourced to another country. There is no storefront there is no person in this country to talk to. I’d never recommend this business.

I wish I could give this company less than one star. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from them.

I placed an order to surprise a friend who had recently experienced several losses. Throughout the process, I was given conflicting information multiple times. When I requested a refund due to the issues, I was told they needed to conduct an “investigation,” which only delayed the process further.

I was also told this was a local storefront and that they were on the phone with my friend confirming her address. However, I was actually on the phone with my friend at that exact time, and she was not speaking with anyone from the company. That left me feeling like I was being misled.

Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating, and I would strongly encourage others to AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

The arrangement was not what I ordered. The flowers were not the same and they were wilted, the container was vastly different and ugly, AND, even though they advertised NO DELIVERY FEE, they charged an $18+ service fee. Of course, no response from their customer service email either. I spent almost $100 on a crummy arrangement I could have picked out of a garden.

Fraudlent advertising. I spoke to an agent and ordered a very expensive bouquet for my girlfriend with her favorite flowers. Never during my conversation with the agent did she inform me that they can switch the order for "comparable" flowers at their full discretion. She acted as all of the flowers I was ordering would delivered exactly as how I ordered it. When it arrived I saw the picture as I live out of town and it was COMPLETELY different. And after spending nearly $200.00 on an order, I felt complete misled and essentially bait and switched. And when I reached to complain they offered a nominal credit. They act as if they are a small, family owned flower shop. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE. IT FEELS LIKE A FALSE ALMOST FRAUDLENT ENTERPRISE. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I found their website supposedely in Montreat, website says family owned. The order that was delivered was NOTHING like the photo. There were a lot of flowers but they looked like a grocery store arrangement. The delivery person texted me instead of the contact person so I complained to him and he said the store doesn’t exist. It’s a fulfillment center. They couldn’t guarentee delivery time so someone offered to pick them up and I was told the store was under construction and they couldn’t. SCAM CITY

If there were a rating less than 1 star, this business would definitely qualify. I placed an order on a Tuesday to be delivered the next day. They assured me that this service was available and gave me the time that it would be delivered. The next morning before the service was to begin I received a notice which read

"I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order. We have issued you a full refund for this order which you should expect to see posted back onto your bank statement in 3-5 business days."

Not only was this embarrassing, because I was out of town, the arrangent served as representation of my presence and support. I found their response to be thoughtless and totally unethical.
Of course when I call them they stated, "we're so sorry for the inconvenience and we understand your dissatisfaction,", to which I replied YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT, because if you did, you would have been willing to offer some type of apologetic negotiation or compromise, other than the supplying a refund three to five days after the fact. I even asked if they could send a live floral arrangement to the home of the deceased, and they said that they were not able to do that. I am so disgusted right now and after reading so many of the reviews
I am sure that my feelings have been shared by others. This establishment SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

The review of this company represent the exact truth. This company is nothing but a scam they are nothing but a store front to steel money from people by sending horrible arrangements. I can do a better job cutting flower from my garden. The arrangement sent look nothing like the photo, it wasn't even in the colored vase the arrangement was shown in. I order the premium bouquet for $109.99 should of had around 10-12 lavender roses. The arrangement sent had 2 and they were white. It appeared as though someone went down to their local grocery bought an $8.00 bouquet and dropped it into a clear vase. It was a total embarrassment. I had to call the individual and apologize. I also ordered it for as soon as possible in the morning it did not get there until 4:30 pm. I had to call my bank and dispute because they wanted pictures and told me that they had to research the issue before they could let me know if they would refund me. Don't be scammed like I was.

RUTH'S ROSES IS A HORRIBLE "FAMILY OWNED" CROOKED COMPANY. They repurpose funeral arrangements. The don't deliver what they state on their website--false advertising. I ordered a vibrant rose-filled birthday arrangement and what appeared to be repurposed funeral flowers of white daisies and lilies was delivered. Ruth's Roses Yucaipa lists 2 affiliated addresses--both of which are mortuaries. I'm sickened by this "Family Ran" business. CROOKS!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before calling them.
1. Ruth’s Roses aren’t in Port Huron. They are in Richmond.
2. I asked about delivery fees - told there weren’t any but upon finalizing there is a $18.00 convenience fee.
Ok - but just call it a delivery fee?
3. I ordered an arrangement specifically in the colors shown. Peach roses with little lavender flowers.
I even asked - will this be in the colors shown? Was told
Oh yes!
4. Flowers received were PUMPKIN ORANGE roses with big GRAPE PURPLE carnations. They were GHASTLY
The recipient actually separated the flowers and put them in different rooms.
I don’t know why these people continue to give bad service when they must know they only have 1 star with the BBB. I will say that they credited me $30 on a $100 order but they really abound have made it right. We still pad $60 for a GARISH arrangement.

I placed my order and gave a time to deliver. I was assured the arrangement would be delivered. I called back about an hour later to find out the status of the delivery. I was told at that time that the order was not delivered because they were out of the flowers for that arrangement. Had I not called, they would have kept my money. I asked why did no one call me to let me know. I was not given an answer.
I asked for my refund and was told it would be returned in 7-10 business days. They were quick to pull the money from my account but slow to refund. SCAMMERS!!!

I asked the delivery to be made after 4pm since my daughter was getting married earlier. They arrived and sat outside all day. I also ask specifically for no lilies because my daughter and her husband have cats. Lilies are toxic to cats and some species are deadly to them. They included a lesser toxic Lily, but Lily. Nonetheless. I will never use them again.

The product I received was not anything similar to the product that was ever test. I was expecting a large arrangement of flowers for my niece's birthday and what she got was a small pot with a couple of roses and a couple of daisies. This place is a ripoff

I ordered a funeral spray for my daughter's mother-in-law's memorial service today. When we got to the mortuary, the director told me the arrangement had been dropped off 3 days ago. So the spray sat in the unairconditioned mortuary for 3 days. The mortuary was not going to run the air for a spray of flowers! I checked my paperwork and I gave them today's date as the delivery date. The flowers were wilting and turning brown and the leaves were all curling up. I spent $232.00 on this spray of flowers and they weren't worth a dime! I called the florist and they said to take a picture and send it to them and they would decide about a refund. I called my bank and filed a dispute. I strongly advise you not to use this florist. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My daughter received half-dead flowers, no balloon, and no card. I called to complain and received no apology and no refund. I did call my bank to stop the payment.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a birthday gift for my mother and received an order confirmation. Apparently, a cancellation email was sent moments later due to a supply issue, which I unfortunately missed.
The result was that my mother's birthday came and went with no gift, and I didn't find out until four days later. Had I been made aware in time, I would have simply ordered something else and avoided the situation entirely.
I understand that supply issues happen, but for a company handling time-sensitive gifts, I really wish more effort had been made to alert me that a confirmed birthday order would not be delivered. Customer service simply reiterated the supply issue and refund, which didn't really address my concern.
I received my money back, but unfortunately you can't redo a missed birthday. I personally wouldn't rely on Ruth's Roses for an important occasion.
