Horrible inpatient , disrespectful service.. I was calling to order for my grandmother. I had to stop the sale because of the uncaring attitude of the phone rep. She abruptly hung up on me.. very disappointed with this.. I called Eva’s Flowers & got great price & service.

I ordered flowers for my partner's birthday. The charge went through, the flowers never arrived, and when I contacted the company, they continued to transfer me to a line where I was immediately disconnected. Also, I was told there was "free delivery" and then charged a $18.99 "service fee". DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scam. Wish I had spent two minutes googling it. They built their business by targeting keywords for every city/state. If you're in a hurry you'll easily think they are local.

Ruthsroses just taught ne a lesson. Never order before reading the reviews. This company’s employees do not listen, do not follow your requests, oh but asked if I was yelling cuz I wanted three exclamation points on Congratulations. Does he know that exclamation points express excutemen and happiness? Ultimately you as the customer tells you. Total disappointment. $75.00 four roses and six carnations in s cheap vase!!! Now I am yelling, cuz It’s my right!!!!!!!!

Hopefully you read this before you order; I didn't. First, free delivery is a joke, they tack on a $16 'service fee' instead. Flowers did not look like picture advertised, even though I upgraded to the 'deluxe' model. I ended up with 4 carnations, 2 roses, a lily, and some fill. Flowers were dried up. What ended up costing me $90, could have gotten a beautiful bouquet from grocery store for 1/2 the price and doordashed it.

Ruth's Roses charged me $93 for a floral arrangement and then had another florist deliver a $60 floral arrangement--not even the style I ordered. Ruth's Roses fraudulently represented themselves as a local florist in Lebanon, MO.

Update: Ruth's Roses has indicated they will issue me a partial refund.

Late delivery. Wilted flowers.

I order flowers for a co-worker who's father had passed away on Monday, June 1; the shop said the order was delivered Tuesday at 6:56 pm. The co-worker did not mention flowers so when asked Thursday, she said they did not arrive. I contacted the shop and they told me the flowers were delivered. I called my co-worker back and she had doorbell camera video showing the delivery person bringing the flowers, setting them down on the steps, and likely confirming delivery on the phone. The next video shows the delivery guy picking up the flowers and taking them back to the truck. I cancelled the pending bank transaction. Customer service continues to insist flowers were delivered. Send video to the shop; they say it won't play and ask for vido in .JPG or .PNG format whihc is for photos not video.

My order was never delivered. The order was acknowledged as being processed, but the flowers were never received.
I wrote a note to the business complaining that something was wrong with their software, but it was not acknowledged either. At least my credit card was not charged! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give zero stars as almost everyone else here. This is a fraud business out of New Jersey posing as a local family business. My wife didn’t use Kaiser to give my mom flowers because she wanted to support a small business. Basically we called over the phone and ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered the same day which never happened. Called the following day to cancel my order because my mother was no longer going to be at the hospital. After much runaround and saying the flowers were in route which I know they weren’t, she said she’d try to refund me. Avoid this business at all costs, it amazes me that these scammers can openly operate and do this to people.

I placed an order. They took my money. Then sent me an email not 10 minutes later that they couldn’t fill my order and I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I’m still waiting. When I called them several times they kept hanging up on me. I feel it’s a scam. Don’t order from them

I would give them a zero if I could by looking at their customer reviews I can tell that whoever fills these orders doesn’t have any idea what to do and gives horrible customer service. I would also like to add that they claim that there are a family owned local florist and that is a lie. They’re based out of a completely different state than even in California…: no wonder they can’t offer its customers anything decent… Google needs to get rid of these scam florist that don’t even exist in our state and make other claims… shame on you Google

BEWARE, SCAM, FRAUD. I called to make arrangements for my mom's unexpected passing. When googling florist in Joplin, MO, I came across Ruth's Roses. I called and let them know that my previous arrangements cancelled due to a flower shortage in southern MO. I let them know the product I was wanting and to avoid any other delays, if they could just be sure that they would be able to provide service. I was placed on a brief hold, then was confirmed that they were not having shortage issues and they could provide service. I was charged $400 dollars, and 2 mins later received an EMAIL stating that they do not have flowers due to a flower shortage and will receive a refund in 10 business days. My mom will now not have any flowers for her funeral. This place should be out of business and pending litigation.

I would give zero if I could. Horrible. I trusted them to get flowers to a funeral and 10 minutes before the service I got a text asking to deliver them later or to a different address. then I got an email saying they had supply issues. thought I was working with a local vendor in the area of the funeral. DO NOT USE

I ordered flowers for my niece's Memorial Service.
They were skimpy and looked like they cost $10.00.
I was so embarrassed and I will never use this florist again. I should have read the reviews first.
A total rip-off. The worst flowers among all the other beautiful arrangements.
Go elsewhere.

I would give no stars if this were an option. This is not a local business as it is portrayed.Made an order and payment details over the phone, an hour later still no confirmation email; I contacted them and was on hold for an insulting length of time- they could not find the order. Senses I was being scammed and rang my bank and changed all details. Avoid, avoid , avoid. My impresssion is that this is a call centre- certainly not a local florist.

BOUQUET WITH MOSTLY TULIPS UPON ARRIVAL NO TULIPS AND FLOWER LOOKED LIKE THEY WENT IN THE BACK YARD AND PICK THEM.THEY ALSO TELL YOU FREE DELIVERY AND HIT YOU WITH A 18.95 SERVICE CHARGE.YOU CALL THEM AND THEY BLOW YOU OFF.STAY AWAY.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.

Scammed. Call them and they will flat out lie to you. When you ask where they are located, they tell you they are not open to the public at the moment due to "safety reasons ". Its because they are NOT a brick and mortar flower shop they claim to be

I called and placed order over the phone as I found online ordering was not very specific. I placed a very important order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter for a college graduation out of state. Beings I could not be there personally I wanted a substantial floral balloon card arrangement, beautiful enough to ease the disappointment of my absence. Nothing met my specifications or expectations. They were however, delivered on time. Arrangement looked nothing like the the picture on the website very disappointed, embarrassed.

Ruth's Roses made a flower delivery timely and professionally as I requested to my business partner's house in Port Orchard, WA. They sent me a picture of the flowers, it was amazingly pretty and beautiful. I highly recommend Ruth's Rose for the locals. Thank you very much, Ruth's Roses!
