As a school when we had a problem wasp nest that caused an issue. An engineer attended the same day and removed the issue. Resulting in the area safe for children the next day.

You keep not coming. we have to call all the time to find out why you are not showing up. You seem unable to keep your staff.

Safeguard came out to clear a wasps nest I was petrified as I hate anything of this nature their Rep Rob Berry was so polite informative and respectful the guy went above & beyond to erradicate the issue I can now sleep peacefully much appreciated

Performance deteriorated from change of ownership.
The rats were not controlled at all and felt just paying for nothing . Just kept being told it was the hygiene although never had a problem,nothing had changed and I changed storage etc. operative kept saying no sign of infestation although there were many droppings and rats seen in day , consequently cancelled contract as feel can do better cheaper.
