Fantastic Customer Service
I recently emailed the company upon finding out my mailbox lock was one of theirs. They advised me on how to fix the lock rather than just giving me a quote for a new one which they could have easily done.
I wish more companies were like this - I will definitely being going back to them in the future. Rapid response and very professional.

Speedy swatches and good service
Swatches were sent quickly and the order was managed very easily.
When the package arrived the door on the item had come away and I had to work hard to fix it. It now works fine and is a great looking product and an amply size for most postal items.

Superb, stylish letterbox
After having a new modern door fitted, I had to consider an external wall mounted letterbox. I had visions of something ugly, I was completely wrong. The letterbox matches my door, it's very stylish and contemporary, exactly what I wanted. It's been up for a few months now and it's wearing really well, lots of positive comments from neighbours and friends. The service from the company was excellent, it arrived on time and was well packed.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
I have recently purchased an external mailboxes from The Safety Letterbox, the level of customer service was fantastic. I received my mailbox within 4 days of ordering it and it is everything I need and more. - I would highly recommend The Safety Letterbox Company.
