If you can not get your sizing accurate-OFFER REFUNDS
Purchased two sized medium dresses,both were way too small. I have ordered a large dress around 4 months ago from this site that was gaping on me.
I have not gained any weight since then.
I now have to pay for return shipping and HOPE that the next two dresses fit as they don’t offer returns otherwise I have to pay shipping both ways again.
This is why I stick to showpo.
It’s 2024 everyone is struggling financially, how are we still only doing store credit? It is MY MONEY

Do your self a favour and don't even chance it, not worth it for the price you pay.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The dress did not look the same as the photo. Poor quality material. Terrible customer service. Will not issue a refund. Extremely disappointing dealing with this business. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Very cheap quality, faulty, no refunds
Very cheap quality, dress was both too big and too short, and there was a marking on the fabric. When I asked to return it they would only offer a store credit - I never want to buy from them again. The price is also far too high for the quality - the dress was $84.95 AUD. Quality of SHEIN or worse.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I’ve had an awful experience with this site. This is my first time purchasing from the site and the customer service is awful. The shipping was about $17 USD and stated that the product would arrive in 4-9 business days. The product finally arrived far beyond the expected delivery time. It was so long that it did not come on time for my bridal brunch. I had to last minute scramble to purchase a dress that I was not happy with from Amazon for the shortcomings of this sites shipping. When I reached out expressing my concerns and situation, the management did not care about the effects of the whole situation. They said the only option would be to return it for store credit. Not to mention, returning it is an additional $13 USD. This is a total of $30 just in shipping for a $70 USD dress that arrived 13 business days later arriving far past my event date. Do not trust this website. If anything goes wrong along they was I do not anticipate they would do anything about it. No care for their customers experience. - Joanne

The sizing is so messed up
The sizing is so messed up, ordered my usual size and it’s way too small, I returned it and I looked on their sizing guide to get again and this time it was too big so I had return again, the material was cheap too for the price of the clothes and the cut of the dress was nothing like what it looked like online, now I have another credit after paying for 2 returns and I don’t even want to use it

The sizing is absolutely ridiculously…
The sizing is absolutely ridiculously not in the national standard guidelines. Not sure where you get your sizing guidelines from Sage an Paige….Unless you are a size 6 with not one inch of fat on you have had a tit job so your boobs stay up without a bra you will have trouble fitting in….I have ordered 6 garments from this sight, sent the first 3 back an got a store credit, that is going to be interesting to see how that goes…Need to send others back, kept 2 of the second order of three…Mind you dress was a very tight squeeze to get into, jumper was nice but bit short in length….Denim skirt way to tight an very short…..Get your size chart correct Sage an Paige…..Let’s be a bit realistic on the sizing

Never again!!! Most retail companies offer refund if item doesn’t fit? Total scam! Don’t buy clothing its not proper sizing bought a dress for my daughter and it was all shapes!!! Cut all wrong! Plus shipping to return very expensive so out of pocket with a credit note basically!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. The dresses are impossible to fit. Their size guide does not match the dress and even if you buy a larger size, it will not fit. The Customer Service is shocking. They don’t care and refuse to refund. They charge a ridiculous amount to return and then more to send another. Absolute waste of money. Do not recommend.

The quality of SHEIN
The quality of clothing is SHEIN quality but 4 times the cost. I have returned multiple items, having to replace with another item to use my credit, each time disappointed with the quality and it costing me more and more with postage, so in the end i gave up.

I paid $20 for expedited shipping (3-6 days) that was 2 weeks ago and my item still has not arrived and they refuse to address this/ do not charge for services you cannot deliver! And the event for which I needed the dress has come and gone -horrible customer service

I purchased off the Australian site then got charged an international fee because it's actually American. And then they cancelled my order because I refused to give them personal details. They wanted a copy of my photo ID and a recent bill with all my details on it! Hell no! I had already paid and given a postal address and there was absolutely no need for them to be asking for personal details. Perhaps they're just a massive scam? Lucky for me they refunded my money.

Do not order. This is not a uk website as it states. U then have to have the fear your item won’t come in time as it comes from abroad and then customs. Ordered two dresses the exact same, obviously cause I couldn’t try them, to then want to return one, and be told store credit only. So if I only ordered one, and it didn’t fit, I’d have to get store credit? I needed a dress for a wedding that was in a couple of weeks. Ridiculous, never have I heard store credit only on returns online. Really need that money. What’s even funnier is the dress I wore strap broke pah
