SalesIntel is easily the worst business intelligence tool I’ve ever used. The data quality is extremely poor and consistently unreliable. In my experience, approximately 95% of the contact phone numbers were incorrect, disconnected, or routed to the wrong person, making the tool nearly useless for outbound sales.

Beyond the phone data, the overall contact and company information is thin, outdated, or flat-out wrong. Job titles are inaccurate, decision-makers are missing, and company details often don’t match reality. For a platform that markets itself as “human-verified,” the data accuracy is shockingly low.

Rather than enabling productivity, SalesIntel actively wastes time by forcing sales teams to manually re-verify contacts that should be accurate out of the box. Instead of accelerating pipeline, it slows deals down and creates unnecessary friction.

The ROI simply isn’t there, and there are far more reliable business intelligence tools on the market.

The data is inaccurate. Only about 10-20% of the software is inaccurate. When we reached out to them, they said to provide a list of data, and we did, and they sent back essentially the same list. When it came time to renew, we said we weren't because the data was inaccurate. They gurantee 90% accuracy so I provided the data to them and never heard back. The instead decided to sue us which I will be glad to have a judge rule there data is inaccurate so I can post it on a press release.

this company will literally spam the life out of you. I never signed up with them, I opted out from any contact and yet they keep calling and emailing, calling and emailing. It's relentless, terrible business practice.

The chrome/ linkedin plugins are useful.

Yes we get some bouncebacks on emails- but it is to be expected and every provider will have this! To be transparent we use 2 of these data providers in parallel so when this doesnt have the person- the other will and vice versa

If you are focusing on the US market- this is good. Europe they are not as strong ( in our sector anyway)

Customer service is really good I we have found- in fact the customer account will book in a call every month to discuss issues- to be fair we have not done this every time but if there is something needed- there is a platform

User for over 3 years now without any major issues

I do not know about the product yet because I will use it after several days. But the company employees are willing to help the customer if there is a problem with their product. Especially thanks to Chelsea Flores, Samantha Craig, and Connor.

Deceptive sales practice with sales person stating Zoominfo buys their database contacts from them. After being on both platforms I can tell you that is not true. Zoominfo quality of leads 100% stronger. Their direct dial contacts are weak with almost no one I’m looking for available. Research on demand is a joke, they give up after 5-10 minutes usually. Training was rushed and unhelpful. Unresponsive to issues with the platform, caused us a lot of headaches, we paid them for absolutely nothing.

This company is a scam they will.try and rob you of all your money - avoid this horrible company

I was looking for a part time job and someone contacted me, and I started slowly and de second day I lost 11,000 dollars in 24 hours with that company, please never try to get easy money, it is scam.

Scam company which asks to complete 40 tasks a day to pay £70 with promise to pay £490 per week with little work. They ask to register online to give training. Giving you a bonus to play. After training is finished you have to deposit money to earn something. When I asked the person if i have to deposit my real money he kept ignoring my question. But in the end he answered that i have to deposit money in order to (work). So I refused to play my money and I ended my 2 days chats with this person. Be careful!
