SBA was most professional
SBA was most professional as they guided me along the PPP process. Even when my lender changed several times, the SBA provided timely communication and updates to assure me that my loan request was important.

I found SBA.com to be amazingly helpful in navigating this stressful situation of needing funding for my small business. SBA.com has been a phenomenal resource for us. We applied to multiple big banks to get a PPP loan... including our own bank Wells Fargo. Every one of them failed in every regard. But our loan was procured and funded by Lendio and SBA.com before we even heard back from the banks.
