It was easy to fill out forms and upload documents. Someone called to inform me there were a few other documents I needed to up load. They kept me informed by e-Mail about the progress. Provided videos to inform on how the program works and what I needed to do to make sure I could get the PPP loan forgiven.

Our bank (Wells Fargo) was not helpful…
Our bank (Wells Fargo) was not helpful in regards to our company applying for a PPP loan. Through Lendio via the SBA.com site, we were able to get the PPP loan and it was an easy process.

I was frustrated by the big banks and…
I was frustrated by the big banks and get rejected. SBA.com picked up the ball and got me my PPP where other lenders couldn't. Their application process and web portal access were easy. I was constantly informed of my loan status. My only regret is that I didn't go to SBA.com before wasting my time with other lenders. I highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.
