I had an excellent experience with the schengeno travel agency while applying for my Schengen visa. Husnain my travel agent was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. From preparing the documents by providing a checklist to guiding me step by step, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I called him multiple times with many doubts and he reassured me every time with patience and had an answer to any question I had.
Husnain attention to detail and clear communication made the visa application process stress-free and successful. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, my Schengen visa was approved without any issues.

I got my schengen and made it to Italy without any issues. Thank you Husnain. He helped me throughtout the process. It was impossible to get an appointment and contacted them as my last resort. I am glad he gave us the honest picture about things, possibilities and kept it fully transparent. He was checking in from the start till I had made it to my flight. Amazing service from Husnain
Husnain supported me throughout the process. Husnain was so helpful and supportive throughout my application process. The consultancy call with him was very calm, explicit and helpful.
He supported me to the very end although my application was not successful which I believe it is because it was not the right time for me. The only reason I have rates this service four star is because I wasn't successful in the process otherwise this is a five star service.
Husnain in particular was very professional and responded when ever I needed clarification with anything. He also kept to the terms and conditions as agreed.
Look out for Husnain at schenigo travel agents and consultancy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your experience, and we’d like to clarify the situation.
According to our records, prior to starting your Schengen visa process, we offered available appointment slots for Monday or Tuesday, corresponding to the 23rd or 24th of March. Unfortunately, there appears to have been a misunderstanding, as these were interpreted as the 16th or 17th of March, which also fall on a Monday and Tuesday.
When earlier dates (16th or 17th March) were requested, we informed you that these were not available. However, we assured you that we would do our best to secure the earliest possible Monday or Tuesday slot and requested a short amount of time to arrange this.
On 14th March, our team contacted you to confirm that we had successfully secured an appointment for Monday 16th or Tuesday 17th March. Following this, you chose to withdraw your application.
As agreed via email, we proceeded with the cancellation upon your consent and submitted a refund request to the consulate. As explained, refunds are subject to embassy approval, and we will promptly return any amount if it is issued to us.
We sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the dates. Please be assured that our team made every effort to secure a suitable appointment as quickly as possible.
Customer satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are always here to assist you should you require support in the future.
