I haven’t ordered from this company…
I haven’t ordered from this company before so my first experience. Once my order was taken I had no acknowledgement that they had received my order, so I was left wondering if I would receive my order.
I only received a reply when they were due to deliver the product.
I received my order and the glass cleaner I ordered works very well, good product.

They sent it to the wrong address, so not happy👎👎👎
They sent it to the wrong address, I had to call Scott’s Trading to find out what had happened to my order, so I had to fetch it from the address they sent it t, so not Happy 👎👎👎👎👎.

Thank You for your feedback. We are sorry the parcel was delivered to the incorrect address.
Having reviewed, I can see this was an internal Administrative error, typing an incorrect house number on the courier label.
We will ensure any future issue which highlights an internal error, is emailed to a Senior colleague to investigate + remedy.
