I took out the paintwork guarantee when buying my car. Unfortunately some bird poo took a large chuck of paint off the front of my car. I went on Scott's trading website and was able to log a claim really easily and only toom a couple of minutes. A few days later I was given an address to take the car to be examined and the man was very helpful and booked my car in for the following week. Very happy with the results and glad I took the cover out or it would have cost a lot of money!

Unknown changes
The only thing I didn’t like was, from the last time I bought something was the spray amount has dropped from 500ml to 400ml for the same price, I didn’t hear about this change, also I couldn’t find the tyre wall shine, I am not the biggest customer but I try not to buy anywhere else

Thank You for your custom and loyalty, which we do value highly.
The 500ml range has been replaced with 400ml versions, and product descriptions updated to reflect this.
Our prices have remained unchanged for many years. More recently we reduced the point at which Postage is FOC by over £10 (down to £25).
Unfortunately, we have incurred large cost increases in virtually everything since Covid, which were not passed across with an increase ourselves.
Cans, propellants, active ingredients through to Postage surcharges have all gone up.
We made the decision not to increase pricing and FOC delivery values, but the compromise was a switch in fill size to enable this.
We hope you continue to enjoy using the products.

Bird lime marks
Bird lime marks appeared on my roof. Safeguard were so helpful in rectifying this, in liaison with Henry's repair centre. An excellent job and my roof is looking great once again.
