My claim was acknowledged the same day and i received payment in only a couple of weeks from my dogs initial operation. Very calm and kind correspondence. 10/10 experience.

Reasonable prices and so easy to insure two pets.
Scratch and Patch were much easier to deal with than other pet insurers I’ve dealt with in the past. They offered 3 different options to choose from and really easy to pay and so much cheaper than my previous company.

After spending most of the morning…
After spending most of the morning looking at pet insurance online with lots of companies, I then googled Pet Insurance and the reviews were very good for Scratch & Patch so did a quotation very easy to do questions and answers straightforward.
I picked the cover I wanted all done in no time at all and the policy taken out, price was extremely good. A very good experience using the online system.

Waste your life talking to robots
Run by Ai and if you get past them well done. I spent 1hour trying to change payment methods and told again and again to choose from list WHAT LIST .I don’t understand companies like these they just assume everybody likes spending their life on there computers Grrrrr .Payment is very difficult
