Very happy all round
Really good price and had no quibbles at all when they payed out for treatment after some ars***le shot my kitten in the chest with an air rifle.

Good premiums
Fortunately I haven't had to use them yet, but I find it amazing that the premium doesn't go up very much, especially as I have older dogs now.

My dog is 10 years old
My dog is 10 years old, this is the first time she’s ever been ill and needed a vet. It was very upsetting and stressful for myself and the first insurance claim I’ve ever made for her. Dealing with Scratch & patch was very easy and they dealt with her claim quickly. I’m very happy with their service. It took a lot of pressure of me. Thankyou.

Really pleased with this company. Competitive prices and quick easy claim process if when the need arises to help pay the vets. Takes all the worry away.
Be warned… the policy price for the following year after a claim becomes exorbitant!

Pet insurance claim for surgery for my…
Pet insurance claim for surgery for my lurcher - only 3 months into my cover and I had to make a claim for surgery. The claim process was easy, and the communication was clear. It did take a little time to pay out, but there were no issues and they paid out in full. This was much appreciated, and I would highly recommend Scratch and Patch as being great value for money - thank you!

I spoke to a very good Customer Service lady called Daisy who explained everything about the policy in "layman's terms". Nothing was too much trouble - I would highly recommend.
