I ordered a Weird Fish women’s fair isle jumper. When it arrived one of the sleeves had a hole in it. I rang and emailed Secret Label with a photo and they offered me 25% off to keep the item or a full refund if I returned it. I fail to understand why anyone would want to pay for a jumper with a hole in it so I opted for a refund. They have today emailed me advising they have refunded me £18.51 when I actually paid £26.45! Even if they deducted £3.95 for postage (which is unfair given that the item is damaged)it still falls short! I have emailed the company today and await their response. Not good customer service to say the least! Yet another company trying to rip off the public!

I love the concept of this business. The website works well and the service is good. You can even speak to a human if you need extra help.

Lovely cuddly gilet. Really pleased with it. I have never worn one before thinking they can’t be warm with no sleeves. I was wrong this one is lovely and really warm. I have ordered another one in a different colour. This is a great company.

Secret Label is an excellent place to buy men and womens clothes. They have wonderful quality clothes at great prices, a swift and helpful delivery service and are always helpful if you have a problem

I bought a purple and black striped jumper. Description says it’s a ‘supersoft fine knit’ and ‘70% Viscose 30% Polyamide’. The label disagrees, saying ‘100% cotton’, which it is. I’m keeping it because I will lose money on a return but am far from happy. There is also the small matter of the Trade Descriptions Act and a misleading description
And then to add insult to injury, on the item I returned not only did they deduct postage, which I expected, but an additional £2.91 in taxes! What taxes? Payment for an item bought in the UK from a company based in the UK and delivered to an address in the UK is inclusive of VAT, by law. They reduced a refund of £17.45 to £9.51 by, effectively, stealing from me

Returned jumper but it was so hard to return and £3.99 to return it is ridiculous. I won't use them again

Easy to order. Jumper arrived promptly. For price quality OK apart from polo neck small even though I ordered a larger size. No returns label.

Unpredictable sizings!! Bought 2 jumpers, sizes 12-14 and 16-18, (I'm a 14-16) paid for delivery, both came, smaller one massive so sent both back, paid for returns. Ordered 8-10 on expensive next day delivery, when it arrived, although it says size 8-10 its exactly the same as the massive 12-14. So now I'll have to return this one, more expense, inconvenience and disappointment! Tried to leave a review on their website, but pop ups won't allow. Update...returned jumper, but though promised refund on returns payment, only got refund on jumper. Tried to phone and email, but no reply. Won't shop here again!
