The garments I ordered were very good quality. Unfortunately two if the items did not suit me, one too big and one too small. However I found the return and refund process excellent

There's no accurate sizing information
There's no accurate sizing information, so only 3 of 9 items I ordered fit remotely well. That would be fine if I didn't have to pay to return the items, but even so it's not that big a deal. However, not being able to return items when the banners boast 60 day easy returns and the web page boasts 30 day easy returns. I've followed all the instructions and still am not able to return these items.

Swift delivery poor sizing.
Ordering was simple.
Delivery was faster than expected.
Good quality garment.
My only gripe was the sizing of the garment.
A so called medium was closer to an XS!
The price was so inexpensive, I'll be able to customise it so I can get it on!

Secret Label is a really good idea for…
Secret Label is a really good idea for selling off surplus stock. Areas that could be improved are making individual reviews for specific clothes items available to read and also, for the product I bought, one of the photos had been "photo-shopped" which gave a misleading impression of what it was like.

Hi Daphne, thanks for your feedback. We do provide reviews for individual products, you can find a link for reviews of each product under the title, on the product page. Obviously brand new stock will be unlikely to have reviews - as they have not had time for feedback yet.
Good prices
The prices are competitive are competitive, albeit that the range is a bit limited. Very satisfied with delivery and service.

Superb service and products.
Since finding Secret label the items i have bought have been amazing quality at great prices .
I was sent a wrong item but it was in a correct bag so I did not blame the company. They were exceptional in their response and I received the correct item the following day. Superb service.
